Work in the H&M warehouse (GXO)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work: 
Poland, Osła, 1L (~20 km from Bolesławiec).

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years (with a student certificate);
- For high productivity, you can receive an additional bonus of up to 1500 zł gross per month of work.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- The working day lasts 10 hours;
- First shift from 07:00 to 17:30;
- Second shift from 17:30 to 04:00;
- During the workday, there are two breaks lasting 15 and 30 minutes to rest and recharge.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will accordingly be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to be engaged in labeling and repackaging goods, including clothing and accessories. You also need to sort and assemble parcels and work with a scanner to read codes. 

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 600 zł per month (cost deducted from salary);
- A separate room for a married couple costs 1600 zł per month (cost deducted from salary);
- In case of living in your own accommodation and commuting to work independently, a supplement of 300 zł per month is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hotel or an apartment. In the town of Osła, accommodation is in a hotel, and in the town of Bolesławiec, in an apartment;
- The room will accommodate 3 or 4 people;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- The accommodation includes regular and bunk beds;
- Bed linen is provided, but it is recommended to have your own spare set;
- Shared kitchenware is available in the accommodation, but you need to have your own spoon, fork, plate, and mug. Additionally, you may take a small pot or pan, as well as a container for food storage if desired.

Accommodation is provided based on availability; therefore, unfortunately, there is no possibility to choose specific housing. The final decision depends on the housing load at the time of your arrival.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are conducted on the move with a scanner and also standing at work tables;
- No physical exertion required;
- Commute to the workplace costs 150 zł per month (cost deducted from salary). For those living in the town of Szczytnica and using the provided transport, the commute cost is 50 zł per month;
- An advance of 200 - 300 zł is provided after 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited in the 20s of the month to a bank account.

⏳ Work period under the contract:
You need to work for at least 3 or 6 months. If you decide to end the work earlier, 1,000 zł will be deducted from your last salary.
