Work in the Greenyard fruit and vegetable warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 60 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Żabia Wola, Wiśniowa 1 (~45 km from Warszawa).

📍 Application location: 
Poland, Warszawa.

💵 Salary:
- 27 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 6 days a week;
- Workday lasts 12 - 14 hours;
- Alternating schedule, week by week;
- Shift starts at 07:00 or 19:00;
- Two breaks during the workday, lasting 20 and 15 minutes;
- On average 240 - 270 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, accordingly, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Need to check the quality of vegetables and fruits, sort them by type and size. It is important to arrange the products neatly and carefully in boxes and prepare the goods for shipment. Duties also include labeling and wrapping. Work is done at the table and standing.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 750 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent accommodation, a 200 zł per month work bonus is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 people per room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- Organized transport from accommodation to work location. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are carried out standing at tables;
- Warehouse temperature is +13 - +15 degrees;
- Warm work clothes are provided for free;
- Transport to the workplace from the hostel costs 150 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Health book costs 250 zł (deducted from salary);
- Advance payment of 400 zł is provided after 10 days of work;
- Salary is credited by the 28th of the month to a bank account.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work term is three months. If you finish work earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary. If you plan to quit after this period, you must give a two-week notice. If not done timely, 1000 zł will be deducted for breach of conditions and another 1000 zł penalty for accommodation.
