Work in electronic components manufacturing at Kyocera

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women up to 60 years old. 

📍 Place of work:
Czech Republic, Lanškroun, Dvořákova 328 (~75 km from Pardubice). 

💵 Salary:
- 165 Kč/hour net — regular rate;
- 170 Kč/hour net when working over 180 hours per month;
- 175 Kč/hour net when working over 200 hours per month.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (shift) schedule;
- Work follows the principle of a short and long week. For example, in one week there may be 4 working days, and in the next — 2. In weeks with fewer shifts, you can take additional workdays to increase the number of hours worked and your earnings;
- Workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- During the working day, there is a 30-minute break and three additional short breaks of 10 minutes each. Only 30 minutes is deducted from working time.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. Conversely, if the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Work involves the production and quality inspection of small capacitors used in electronics. In one of the processes, you need to sit and check finished parts using a special magnifying glass to ensure there are no damages or defects. In another process, it is necessary to carefully replace small parts with tweezers or place capacitors in special cassettes and sequentially immerse them in technological baths for processing. Work can be at various stages of production, so specific tasks are assigned directly on-site.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 85 Kč per day (the amount is deducted from salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, a supplement of 2,000 Kč per month is provided;
- Accommodation with good living conditions is provided;
- Three people will live in the rooms;
- Ordinary single-tier beds are arranged at the accommodation;
- Accommodation is located about 30 minutes walking distance from the workplace, so it is possible to commute on foot.

- The enterprise is engaged in the production of capacitors for electronics;
- Work takes place in a calm and pleasant atmosphere, without excessive noise;
- Work processes do not involve heavy physical exertion, but it is important to have good eyesight and be attentive to small details;
- Work is organized in individual workstations, not on a conveyor line. Each person performs their tasks at a specially equipped table;
- Ordinary room temperature is maintained at the enterprise;
- An advance of up to 2,000 Kč can be received after 5 worked days;
- Salary is paid in cash from the 15th to the 20th of each month for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, temporary protection of the Czech Republic, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum period of employment:
You must work at least 3 months. In case of resignation, it is important to give at least 14 days' notice. If you leave work without notice, a penalty of 2500 Kč will be deducted from your salary. The cost of accommodation may also be deducted.
