Work in the production of Grammer car headrests

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women up to 45 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Czech Republic, Česká Lípa, Dobranov 172 (~60 km from Liberec).

💵 Salary:
- For women, the rate is 175 Kč/hour net;
- For men, the rate is 180 Kč/hour net;
- When working with a VZV loader, the rate is 200 Kč/hour.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, with the possibility of working Saturdays;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- If necessary, you can take additional hours and work 12 hours;
- During work, an unpaid break of 30 minutes is provided.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The work involves assembling armrests, headrests, and other components for car interiors. You need to assemble individual elements on a conveyor line, assemble finished parts, and in some processes — press and smooth the leather. The work is not complicated, all tasks are performed step by step.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 85 Kč per day (amount deducted from salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, an allowance of 2,500 Kč per month is provided;
- Accommodation is in a house converted into a dormitory;
- Rooms accommodate 2–3 people;
- Ordinary single beds are provided;
- Separate rooms are available for married couples;
- You need to reach work by public transport, the road takes about 30 minutes. The cost of a travel ticket is reimbursed along with the salary.

📄 Employment contract: 
Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional Information:
- The company is engaged in the production of armrests, headrests, and other interior elements for cars;
- Work processes are performed standing up;
- The enterprise maintains a comfortable room temperature, there are no foreign odors;
- Work clothes, footwear, pants, and T-shirts are provided free of charge;
- There is a canteen on the premises where you can eat during the break;
- An advance payment of up to 2,000 Kč can be obtained after 5 worked days;
- Salary is paid in cash from the 15th to the 20th of each month for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free regime, visa, temporary protection in Czech Republic, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum work period:
A minimum of 3 months of work is required. In case of dismissal, it is important to give notice at least 14 days in advance. If you leave the job without notice, a penalty of 2,500 Kč will be deducted from the salary. The cost of accommodation may also be deducted.
