Work in the production of plastic products Isolit-Bravo

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 65 years old. 

📍 City of work:
Czech Republic, Jablonné nad Orlicí, Jablonské nábř. 305 (~75 km from Pardubice). 

💵 Salary:
- 155 Kč/hour net regular rate.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes there is an opportunity to work on Saturdays;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- If there are additional hours, the working day can last 12 hours. For example, when working the first shift from 06:00 to 14:00, one can additionally work until 18:00. Additional hours are pre-agreed at the enterprise;
- There is a lunch break of 20–30 minutes and an additional 10-minute break during the working day;
- On average, about 180 hours can be worked per month.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. Conversely, if the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours also decreases.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to work with small plastic parts near automated equipment. The main part of the production process is performed by the equipment, so it is necessary to monitor its operation, check the quality of the finished parts, and carefully pack them into boxes. It is not necessary to independently manufacture or process parts.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided free of charge in a dormitory;
- Rooms will generally accommodate 3 people, depending on the room it can be from 2 to 4 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Standard single-tier beds are arranged in the housing;
- It is necessary to get to work by bus or train. Travel expenses are reimbursed.

📌 Additional information:
- The enterprise is engaged in the production of plastic parts;
- Work takes place at normal room temperature;
- Work is mainly performed standing up, but there are also sitting processes during the shift;
- Production processes are automated, so there is no need to independently manufacture or process parts;
- Workwear is provided free of charge, namely work shoes, pants, and a t-shirt;
- There is a canteen at the enterprise, but free meals are not provided;
- An advance of up to 2,000 Kč can be received after 5 worked days;
- Salary is paid in cash from the 15th to the 20th of each month for the previous month worked.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, temporary protection of the Czech Republic, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period:
A minimum of 3 months is required to be worked. In case of resignation, it is important to provide notice at least 14 days in advance. If you leave the job without notice, a penalty of 2,500 Kč will be deducted from your salary. The cost of housing may also be deducted.
