Work in electrical engineering production at Schneider

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men and women up to 55 years old. 

📍 Job Location:
Czechia, Písek, Čížovská 447 (~55 km from České Budějovice).

💵 Salary:
- 160 Kč/hour net regular rate. 

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, occasionally you can work additional hours on Saturday if desired;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Work is done in daytime and evening hours, with no night shifts;
- Shifts alternate, so it is not possible to work only in the first or only in the second shift continuously;
- Overtime is available if there is additional work;
- During an 8-hour workday, there is an unpaid break of 30 minutes, and if the shift lasts 12 hours, the break is extended to 1 hour.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, the working hours will be more. Conversely, if the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Need to assemble small electrotechnical products from ready-made parts. This involves taking plastic and other small elements and connecting them according to instructions. Some parts simply need to be inserted into the appropriate holes or slots and secured, while for others, a screwdriver is used to tighten small screws. Also, buttons, covers, and other parts of the product need to be installed. After assembly, it is necessary to check that all parts are properly installed, all fastenings are secure, and there are no visible damages. Finished products must be passed on to the next stage of production.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation and utilities are entirely free, so there are no additional housing expenses;
- Accommodation is organized in a hotel with comfortable conditions;
- Rooms accommodate 2–3 people;
- Ordinary single-tier beds are provided in the accommodation;
- The journey from accommodation to the enterprise takes about 20 minutes by public transport.

📌 Additional Information:
- The enterprise is clean, a comfortable room temperature is maintained, and workstations are well-equipped;
- Each person has their own workstation and performs specific tasks. Depending on the process, the work can be either sitting or standing;
- All parts are small and light, so there are no heavy physical loads. However, the work requires attentiveness, accuracy, and good fine motor skills of the hands;
- Headphones are not allowed during work;
- Training is conducted before starting independent work, which lasts for one full shift. During this time, all necessary tasks will be shown and explained in practice. After training, a small test is required, during which you need to independently complete the tasks shown earlier;
- Special shoes and safety glasses are provided for work free of charge. You need to have your own comfortable dark pants or leggings and a calm, non-bright-colored T-shirt. It's important that clothing is in subdued colors, without bright shades like lime or pink;
- An advance of up to 2,000 Kč can be received after 5 working days;
- Salaries are paid in cash between the 15th and the 20th of each month for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum Term of Work:
A minimum of 3 months is required. In case of resignation, it is important to give at least 14 days' notice. If you leave the job without notice, a penalty of 2500 Kč will be deducted from the salary. The cost of accommodation may also be deducted.
