Forklift operator in the household appliances and alcohol warehouse DSV

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Work city:
Poland, Teresin, Aleja 20-lecia 19C (~55 km from Warszawa).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Sochaczew.

💵 Salary:
- 38 zł/hour gross regular rate;
- For students up to 26 years old, the gross rate is equal to the net rate. 

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, Saturday and Sunday are days off;
- The working day lasts 8 hours, but during the season when the number of orders in the warehouse increases, there is an opportunity to work 12 hours;
- First shift from 07:00 to 15:00;
- Second shift from 15:00 to 23:00;
- Night shifts may also be introduced during the season;
- If you prefer to work 8 hours, you can stick to the regular schedule without switching to 12-hour shifts;
- If desired and if work is available, you can take overtime hours to earn more.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, the working hours will be more. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
- The main part of the work, approximately 95% of working time, is done on a forklift. It is necessary to move pallets with goods, place them in the appropriate places in the warehouse and work carefully with racks. The rest of the time is spent working with a scanner. 

The work can take place in different warehouse departments, each with its own features.

Excise goods department:
- You need to work with pallets of alcoholic products, which can be excise or non-excise. Attention is particularly important here, because each product needs to be placed in its designated place. Fines may be imposed for incorrect placement. This department is mainly transferred to experienced operators who have already shown themselves well in other processes.

Department with high racks:
- The work involves moving pallets with alcoholic products using a forklift and placing goods on high racks. It is important to handle the equipment carefully and correctly place the pallets.

Department of air conditioners and heat pumps:
- You need to transport air conditioners, heat pumps, and components using a forklift, move goods between warehouse zones, and place them in appropriate places.

Forklift department:
- In this department, you need to work with different types of forklifts, including specialized equipment, which requires appropriate permits to operate. There may also be uncomplicated additional tasks related to eliminating external damage to equipment, such as puttying and preparing individual elements for further processing.

The distribution between departments depends on the needs of the warehouse. If work in one department decreases, you may be asked to temporarily assist in another.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own housing;
- No allowance for self-rented housing is provided.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- The warehouse specializes in storing and moving various goods, including alcoholic products, air conditioners, heat pumps, components, and forklifts;
- Performance standards are in place in the warehouse — approximately 17 pallets per hour. The standards are set taking into account real work processes and are deliberately not exaggerated;
- Overall, there are 5 departments in the warehouse, but work is provided in only 3–4 of them;
- The main work is performed on front forklifts and Reach Trucks;
- It is important to carefully and cautiously handle the goods, as deductions from wages can be applied for their damage according to company rules;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so it is necessary to commute independently by public transport;
- An advance of 200–300 zł can be received after 14 days of work;
- The salary is credited on the 20th of each month to the bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- It is mandatory to have a valid UDT I or UDT II license;
- Experience working on a front forklift or Reach Truck is required;
- You need to confidently and safely operate the forklift;
- You must be able to use the warehouse scanner;
- Basic knowledge of English is required for working with the scanner.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Contract work period:
You need to work for at least 3 months. If you suddenly decide to finish work earlier, 500 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
