Forklift Operator at Paroc Insulation Production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, family couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Trzemeszno, Gnieźnieńska 4 (~65 km from Poznań).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Trzemeszno.

💵 Salary:
- 36,50 zł/hour gross for the first two months of work;
- Starting from the third month, the rate increases to 37,40 zł/hour gross;
- For students under 26 years, the gross rate equals the net rate;
- A night shift allowance of 5 zł/hour gross is provided;
- The average salary ranges from 6,000 to 6,500 zł gross per month, depending on the number of hours worked.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5–6 days a week;
- A day off can occur on a weekday as well as on Saturday or Sunday;
- The working day usually lasts 8 hours. If needed by the company, 12-hour shifts are also possible;
- An unpaid break of 30 minutes is provided during the working day;
- On average, it is possible to work from 168 to 220 hours per month.
Work schedule for an 8-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule for a 12-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours correspondingly decreases.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The main part of the work, approximately 90% of the working time, is related to operating a forklift truck. Besides operating the forklift, you will be required to prepare special boxes and frames for finished products, remove items from the conveyor line, check their quality, and carefully place them in boxes according to instructions. Responsibilities also include packaging products, forming pallets, and wrapping them with stretch film, labeling, and entering the necessary information into the system.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 660 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- For family couples, accommodation costs 1,800 zł per month for two (amount deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in houses or apartments;
- 3–4 people will live in a room;
- For family couples, there is an option to live in a separate room;
- The accommodation is equipped with regular single beds;
- Housing is located near the workplace.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa Zlecenia or Umowa o Pracę at choice.

📌 Additional information:
- The company specializes in the production of high-quality stone wool insulation. The finished products are used in construction and for technical insulation;
- Work is carried out indoors, mainly in the finished goods warehouse;
- It is not necessary to service manufacturing equipment or machines;
- If it is necessary to lift products manually during work, their weight will comply with the established BHP safety standards;
- The temperature in the warehouse is usually comfortable, but it can be hot in summer due to the operation of production furnaces;
- The job involves some physical activity, so readiness for active work during the shift is important;
- Work clothing, protective footwear, and necessary personal protective equipment are provided;
- Experience is not required, it is possible to get employed even without previous experience in operating a forklift truck;
- An advance of 200–300 zł is available after 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited in the 20s of each month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- It is mandatory to have a valid UDT WJO2 license for operating a forklift truck.

⏳ Contract term work:
You must work for at least 3 months. If you decide to quit earlier, 500 zł will be deducted from your last salary.
