Forklift Operator at Forte Furniture Production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 54 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Ostrów Mazowiecka, Biała 1 (~45 km from Wyszków).

💵 Salary:
Before obtaining the UDT certificate:
- 24.18 zł/hour net for people aged 26 and over;
- 25.35 zł/hour net for people under 26 years old;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student confirmation).
After obtaining the UDT certificate:
- 26.95 zł/hour net for people aged 26 and over;
- 28.66 zł/hour net for people under 26 years old;
- 35.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student confirmation);
- If you travel independently to the workplace, there is a bonus of 0.70 zł for each hour worked.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, and when there is a large volume of orders — also on Saturdays;
- During the first 2 weeks, the working day lasts 8 hours, and after that — 12 hours.
Work schedule with an 8-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule with a 12-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. Conversely, if the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to distribute goods around the warehouse, place them in the appropriate locations, and work with boxes containing furniture.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 550 zł per month (the amount is deducted from your salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, there is a bonus of 1.80 zł for each hour worked;
- Accommodation is provided in a private house or hostel;
- 3–4 people will live in each room;
- Regular single-tier beds are provided in the accommodation;
- Free transport is provided from the accommodation to the workplace. The road takes approximately 15–20 minutes.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- If you do not have a UDT certificate, it can be obtained after beginning work. Approximately 2 weeks after starting, you will be scheduled for an exam, and after passing it and receiving the certificate, you can work as a forklift operator;
- The medical examination costs 100 zł. If you work at least 6 months, this amount will not be deducted. For a shorter period, 100 zł will be deducted from the last salary;
- An advance of 300 zł can be received after 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

Note:

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Contract work period:
You need to work at least 3 months. If you decide to finish work earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from your last salary.
