Forklift operator at Melisa cosmetics and pharmaceutical goods warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 45 years old.

📍 Work location:

Poland, Łódź.

💵 Salary:
- 36 zł/hour gross — regular rate;
- For students under 26 years old, the gross rate equals the net rate;
- A bonus of up to 1500 zł gross is provided for good productivity.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Sunday to Friday;
- Every Saturday — day off;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- An unpaid break of 30 minutes is provided during the shift.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours decreases as well.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The work is related to receiving shipments and placing goods in a pharmaceutical warehouse. You need to sort parcels and goods from pallets, receive and stack products on europallets, place them in the appropriate warehouse zones, and maintain order at the workplace. During work, you need to use a warehouse scanner, manually enter some items into the computer system, and work with a manual hydraulic trolley and lifting warehouse equipment.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own housing;
- There is no allowance for independent housing rental.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- The job involves physical activity and handling goods weighing around 10–15 kg;
- Before starting work, complete training and briefing are provided, during which all necessary work processes are explained in detail;
- An old-type system is used in the warehouse, so goods sometimes need to be scanned multiple times. Some items also need to be manually entered into the system;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided free of charge;
- You need to get to the workplace independently by public transport or car;
- An advance of 200–300 zł can be received after 14 days of work;
- Salary is credited in the 20s of each month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required;
- UDT certification is required;
- Experience working as a forklift operator is required;
- Basic skills for working with a computer and warehouse scanner are needed.

⏳ Employment period under the contract:
You need to work for at least 3 months. If you decide to finish work earlier, 500 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
