Work at the logistics warehouse DSV

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged between 20 and 45 years.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Małuszów, Jastrzębia 1 (~20 km from Wrocław).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Wrocław.

💵 Salary:
- 22.68 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 25.28 zł/hour net for individuals under 26 years;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years (with student proof).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 08:00 to 20:00;
- Second shift from 20:00 to 08:00;
- On average 250 hours/month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, consequently, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Work with a scanner, pack and sort goods and parcels, and adhere to safety techniques and maintain order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of independent housing rental, a supplement of 2 zł for each hour of work is provided (needs to be clarified at the office during registration);
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bedding as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Organized transport from accommodation to the workplace. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work takes place indoors, in comfortable conditions at a logistics warehouse;
- Meals need to be brought with you;
- Transport to the workplace is provided by a company car. If you live in your own accommodation, transport is not provided;
- Knowledge of working with a scanner and the Latin alphabet will be an additional advantage;
- There are departments in the warehouse where it may be cooler;
- Accommodation in Wrocław is provided at the time of registration. The cost is 250 zł, payment must be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance payment is credited after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you leave without a 1-month notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is held. If notice is given in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
