🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 55 years old.

📍 Work City: 
Poland, Bramki, Łódzka 41 (~50 km from Warszawa).

📍 Registration City: 
Poland, Warszawa.

💵 Salary:
- 27 zł/hour net;
- 31.50 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student ID).

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work 6 days a week;
- The workday lasts 9 or 12 hours;
- The first shift starts at 07:00;
- The second shift starts at 19:00;
- The work schedule is shift-based, shifts alternate weekly. One week you need to work day shifts, the next week night shifts;
- Sometimes during a shift change or when there is a shortage of people on a shift, there may be a need to stay for two consecutive shifts. Such situations do not happen often and usually occur for those who have been working at this company for a long time, know all work processes well, and are well-oriented with their responsibilities;
- On average, from 260 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The work involves loading dried vegetables into machines, collecting vegetables and fruits from the packing line, and pouring dried fruits into bags. After that, you need to seal the bags and carefully stack them on pallets.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 750 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 people will live in a room;
- The accommodation is equipped with regular comfortable beds;
- The housing is within walking distance, you can easily walk to work. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract: 
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work standing at production machines;
- The weight of the products can range from 5 to 25 kilograms, and such weight needs to be lifted several times during a shift;
- The temperature at the production site is comfortable, as the work takes place in an enclosed space;
- Meals need to be brought with you;
- Insurance costs 150 - 200 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- The sanitary book costs 250 zł (deducted from salary);
- An advance is provided after 10 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is credited by the 28th of the month to a bank account.

📋 Documents: 
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents upon agreement.

⏳ Contract work period:
The minimum work period is three months. If you finish work earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary. If after this period you plan to resign, you must notify two weeks in advance. If this is not done on time, 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary for violating the conditions and another 1000 zł fine for accommodation.
