Dishwasher worker

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 45 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Warszawa, Omulewska 27.

📍 Place of registration: 
Poland, Warszawа.

💵 Salary:
- 27 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 31.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- The workday lasts 10 - 12 hours;
- The workday starts at 06:00 or 08:00;
- Work during daytime hours, leaving night for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the amount of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- The job involves washing black dishes, including pots and pans, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and keeping a tidy workspace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, own housing is required;
- No allowance for independent rent is provided.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Commute to the workplace by public transport;
- Temperature at the enterprise is +10 - +14 degrees (work is done near refrigerators);
- Sanitary book costs 250 zł (deducted from salary);
- Insurance costs 150 - 200 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Advance provided after 10 days of work in the amount of 400 zł;
- Salary is credited by the 28th to the bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Understanding of Polish language is required for easy orientation in processes.

📋 Documents: 
Visa-free, visa, residence card, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is three months. If the work is completed earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary. If planning to resign after this period, it is mandatory to give a two-week notice. If not done on time, 1000 zł is deducted from the salary for breach of conditions and an additional 1000 zł penalty for accommodation.
