Work at the logistics warehouse Leroy Merlin

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 49 years old.

📍 City of work:
Poland, Piątek, Łowicka 33 (~35 km from Kutno).

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross payment for the first 60 hours of work;
- 31.40 zł/hour net payment for the first 60 hours of work for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- In the second month of work, 60 hours are again paid as a bonus. After that, payment is piecework, i.e., depends on the amount of work completed.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Flexible work schedule:
- Workday lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 07:00 to 19:00;
- Second shift from 19:00 to 07:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, then there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Need to complete orders using an electric loader and scanner. You also need to audit goods and control their quality to ensure everything meets established standards.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of self-accommodation, a supplement of 1.50 zł for each hour of work;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or houses;
- 2 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged at the accommodation;
- Transport from home to work is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing and moving using a scanner and electric loader;
- Lunch needs to be brought with you;
- You need to have your comfortable work clothes and shoes;
- The temperature in the warehouse complies with safety and hygiene standards, so it's comfortable to work in any season;
- An advance is given after 7 days of work;
- Salary is credited until the 15th on the bank account.

🔴 Requirements: 
- Knowledge of Polish at a communicative level is required.

- Knowledge of Polish and work experience are not required;
- Easy to adapt here, as each task becomes clear immediately;
- Help is provided with the residence card processing.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum work period:
Must work at least 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must definitely notify 2 weeks before leaving.
