🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Work location:
Czechia, Kopřivnice, Průmyslový park 302 (~30 km from Ostrava).

💵 Salary:
- On average, the salary ranges from 33,000 to 35,000 Kč gross per month;
- A night shift work bonus of 20 Kč/hour is provided;
- A weekend work bonus of 10% is added;
- A public holiday work bonus of 100% is added;
- Overtime work is compensated with a 25% bonus;
- Overtime work on weekends is compensated with a 70% bonus;
- A productivity bonus from 0 to 110 Kč is provided, determined by the supervisor based on work results;
- An annual bonus is provided, the amount of which depends on the company's profit and may vary each year;
- A 13th salary of up to 60% of the base salary is paid before vacation;
- A 14th salary of up to 30% of the base salary is paid before Christmas;
- A laundry allowance of 75 Kč per month is provided for washing workwear.

🕐 Work schedule:
The work schedule for an 8-hour workday is as follows:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- The first shift is from 06:00 to 14:00;
- The second shift is from 14:00 to 22:00;
- The third shift is from 22:00 to 06:00.
The work schedule for a 12-hour workday is as follows:
- Work follows a schedule of alternating short and long weeks;
- Short week: work on Wednesday and Thursday;
- Long week: work from Friday to Tuesday inclusive;
- The first shift is from 06:00 to 18:00;
- The second shift is from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- Work with production machines, setting up and servicing equipment, ensuring its proper and uninterrupted operation. Duties also include lifting finished products and hanging them on special hooks, checking the quality of products, and controlling production documentation. In case of faults or deviations in the operation of the equipment, they must be identified and eliminated promptly. Cooperation with quality control departments and technical specialists is planned, as well as participation in improving production processes to ensure smooth and efficient work.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 60 Kč per day (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 or 3 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for the family couple to make it comfortable and cozy;
- Standard single and bunk beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Transportation from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is designed for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing by the conveyor line and production machines;
- The maximum weight to lift during work: for women — up to 15 kilograms, for men — up to 30 kilograms;
- There is a canteen at the company where you can have a tasty and hearty meal at affordable prices. Breakfasts cost about 15–20 Kč, and full lunches — 25–35 Kč thanks to partial meal cost compensation;
- If needed, an advance can be credited to the bank account after 14 worked days in the amount of 1000–2000 Kč;
- The salary is credited to the bank account by the 15th day of each month for the previous worked month.
