🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Work location:
Czech Republic, Vratimov, Popinecká 983 (~10 km from Ostrava).

💵 Salary:
The rate depends on the level of performance standard:
- From 85.10% to 97.00% — 140 Kč/hour;
- From 97.10% to 100.00% — 145 Kč/hour;
- From 100.01% to 105.00% — 155 Kč/hour;
- From 105.01% to 110.00% — 160 Kč/hour;
- From 110.01% to 115.00% — 165 Kč/hour;
- From 115.01% to 120.00% — 170 Kč/hour.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes working Saturdays are also possible;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- During the working day, there are two unpaid breaks lasting 20 and 10 minutes.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the number of orders at the car plant. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will correspondingly be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- According to the scheme, you need to place thin wires into special mounts, connect them with plastic fasteners, and assemble ready cable harnesses.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 100 Kč per day. Before signing the employment contract, accommodation needs to be paid for independently. After signing the contract, the cost is deducted from the salary;
- If you rent accommodation independently, there is a supplement of 2,000 Kč per month worked;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 or 3 people will live in the rooms;
- The residence is equipped with ordinary comfortable beds;
- If you plan to live with a child, the cost of living for the child is 6,500 Kč. Accommodation is possible only for children aged 11 years and older. Before signing the employment contract, accommodation for the child needs to be paid for independently. After signing the contract, its cost is also deducted from the salary.

📌 Additional information:
- Before starting work, you need to undergo a short test to check if you can work with thin wires. The condition of eyesight is also assessed since work is associated with small elements. Working with glasses is possible, it is not an obstacle;
- Work is conducted standing at a special table with an inclined working surface;
- You need to have your own work clothes;
- You need to commute to work by public transport. The journey from the accommodation takes approximately 40 minutes. Before signing the employment contract, the travel ticket must be paid for independently. After signing the contract, the cost of the purchased travel ticket is reimbursed together with the salary;
- An advance is provided after 5 worked days in the amount of up to 2000 Kč;
- Salary is paid in cash from the 15th to the 20th of each month for the previous month worked.

- Knowledge of the Czech language and work experience are not required;
- During training, you can always ask for help, so it will be easy to start working.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, temporary protection of the Czech Republic, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
You need to work for at least 3 months. In case of resignation, it is important to notify at least 14 days in advance. If you leave the job without notice, a penalty of 2500 Kč will be deducted from the salary. The cost of accommodation may also be deducted.
