🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Czech Republic, Vratimov, Popinecká 983 (~10 km from Ostrava).

💵 Salary:
The rate depends on the level of performance of the norm:
- From 85.10% to 97.00% — 140 Kč/hour;
- From 97.10% to 100.00% — 145 Kč/hour;
- From 100.01% to 105.00% — 155 Kč/hour;
- From 105.01% to 110.00% — 160 Kč/hour;
- From 110.01% to 115.00% — 165 Kč/hour;
- From 115.01% to 120.00% — 170 Kč/hour.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes work on Saturdays is also possible;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- During the working day, there are two unpaid breaks lasting 20 and 10 minutes.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the number of orders at the car factory. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to arrange thin wires according to the scheme in special mounts, connect them with plastic fasteners and assemble ready-made cable harnesses.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 100 Kč per day. Before signing the employment contract, accommodation needs to be paid independently. After signing the contract, the cost is deducted from the salary;
- If you rent housing independently, additional payment of 2,000 Kč per month of work is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 or 3 people will live in the rooms;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- If you plan to live together with a child, the cost of accommodation for the child is 6,500 Kč. Accommodation is possible only for children from 11 years old. Before signing the employment contract, accommodation for the child needs to be paid independently. After signing the contract, its cost is also deducted from the salary.

📌 Additional information:
- Before starting work, you need to pass a short test to check if you can work with thin wires. Eyesight is also assessed, as the work is related to small elements. Working in glasses is possible, it is not an obstacle;
- The work is done standing at a special table with a tilted working surface;
- You need to have your own work clothes;
- Public transport is needed to get to work. The journey from the accommodation takes about 40 minutes. Before signing the employment contract, a travel ticket needs to be paid independently. After signing the contract, the cost of the purchased travel ticket is returned together with the salary;
- An advance is provided after 5 working days in the amount of up to 2000 Kč;
- Salary is paid in cash between the 15th and 20th of each month for the previous worked month.

- A comfortable room temperature is maintained at the factory;
- Knowledge of the Czech language and work experience are not required;
- During training, you can always ask for help, so it will be easy to get started with the job.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, temporary protection of the Czech Republic, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period:
A minimum of 3 months of work is required. In case of resignation, it is important to notify at least 14 days in advance. If you leave the job without notice, a penalty of 2500 Kč is deducted from the salary. The cost of accommodation may also be deducted.
