Work at the Cooper car factory

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, family couples up to 55 years old.

📍 City of work:
Czech Republic, Žďár nad Sázavou, Jamská 2191/33 (~75 km from Brno).

💵 Salary:
- 160 Kč/hour gross regular rate;
- 32000 - 34000 Kč/month gross average salary.
Allowances:
- +25% for overtime hours.

🕐 Work schedule:
 The work schedule for an 8 - hour working day is as follows:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- Work in 3 shifts (day and night);
- During the working day, a 30-minute break is provided to rest and recharge.
The work schedule for a 12 - hour working day is as follows:
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- Three days from 06:00 to 18:00 then 2 days off;
- Two days from 18:00 to 06:00 then 3 days off;
- During the working day two 30-minute breaks are provided to rest and recharge.

It’s important to understand that the number of hours depends on the orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will accordingly be slightly less.

🛠 Duties:
- Work on the production line and participate in the manufacturing of braking, fuel, and cooling systems. The work is also related to the production of window lifting systems.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 930 Kč/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in hostels and dormitories;
- 4 persons will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple for comfort and coziness;
- Accommodation can be located in different ways. If it is nearby, you can walk (10 - 15 minutes walk), and for those who live further, public transport is available to work and back.

Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional information:
- The enterprise specializes in manufacturing automotive components for various purposes. They produce fluid distribution systems, including braking, fuel, and cooling pipes. They also make sealing systems for vehicle bodies and doors, ensuring tightness and comfort during operation. A separate direction is window systems, specifically mechanisms for lowering and raising windows. Additionally, the company produces EGR valves that help reduce harmful emissions and make vehicles more eco-friendly;
- Before starting work, you need to pass a hand dexterity test and a written test in mathematics and logic;
- Work processes take place standing at the conveyor line;
- Workwear is provided;
- Meals need to be brought with you;
- You need to pay 1000 Kč for registration, necessary for obtaining a visa. Payment must be made immediately during the document processing;
- Advances are provided weekly in the amount of 50 €;
- Salary is credited between the 15th and 25th to a bank account.

⏳ Minimum employment period:
There is no minimum employment period, however, you need to give a two-week notice for termination.
