Work in the production of polyethylene bags Nicator

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 53 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Karczew, Brzezinka 34a (~40 km from Warszawa).

💵 Salary:
- 31.40 zł/hour gross ordinary rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- The working day lasts 12 hours.
The work schedule looks like this:
- Two day shifts, then two night shifts, after which two days off are provided for rest;
- First shift from 07:00 to 19:00;
- Second shift from 19:00 to 07:00;
- During the working day, there are 2 breaks lasting 20 minutes to rest and recharge.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are a lot of orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The work takes place in a modern automated warehouse where various tasks need to be performed.
For men:
- The job involves palletizing and controlling the operation of machines in the warehouse. Importantly, nothing heavy needs to be lifted, so the job is comfortable and feasible for everyone.
For women:
- The job involves sorting packages by size and brand, labeling, and stickering, as well as packaging ready-made goods.

Work may be in different processes. Who works where depends on the need at any given moment. Everything is distributed on site, so it is impossible to say in advance. But all processes are understandable, and everything is calmly taught on site.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent housing rental, an allowance of 1.50 zł/hour is provided for each hour of work;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments and houses;
- 4 - 5 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Transport to the place of work is provided at a cost of 100 zł/month (deducted from salary).

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes occur in movement at the warehouse, so work is active and dynamic;
- Lunch needs to be brought with you;
- You need to have your own comfortable work clothes and shoes;
- Maximum lifting weight 20 - 25 kilograms;
- The temperature at the enterprise meets safety and labor hygiene standards, so it is comfortable to work in any season;
- Advance payment is provided after 7 days of work;
- Salary is credited to bank account by the 15th.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
You must work at least 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify 2 weeks before leaving.
