Work at the Krekenavos meat production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, family couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Lithuania, Mantviloniai, 1 (~50 km from Kaunas).

💵 Salary:
- 8.50 €/hour gross regular rate.
- Estimated salary after tax deduction is 1050 €/month net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- The schedule involves 2 working days, followed by 2 rest days;
- Days off may fall on weekdays, as well as on Saturday or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- Work from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Every 3 hours of work, a 15-minute break is provided to rest and recharge;
- Lunch break lasts for 60 minutes, from 11:00 to 12:00, and is not included in paid working time;
- Sometimes there may be a need to work overtime, depending on production needs;
- The minimum number of working hours per month is 176 hours;
- Daytime work, so that night remains for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to cut and process meat according to established standards, separate it from bones, remove excess fat, films, cartilages, and other unnecessary parts, as well as prepare meat for further processing. Special knives and other tools are used for work. It is important to meet the requirements for the quality of meat processing and established production standards. The work proceeds at a specified pace, and the result is evaluated by the amount and quality of processed meat. It is also necessary to maintain cleanliness and order in the workplace and care for the tools.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Free accommodation is provided;
- In case of renting accommodation independently, no additional payment is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a dormitory;
- 2 - 3 - 4 persons will live in a room;
- Separate room is not provided for family couples;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Transport from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience, to make you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Work takes place in a cool room with increased humidity. Floors may be slippery in places, so it's important to be attentive and follow safety rules;
- Special work clothing is provided;
- All necessary protective equipment and devices for safe work execution are also provided;
- Medical examination costs 10 € (payment is made immediately);
- Having artificial nails and eyelashes, facial piercings, and wearing body jewelry is prohibited while working at the enterprise, as it contradicts European hygiene standards;
- Temperature in the company is +5 - +12 degrees;
- It's possible to purchase a full meal at the canteen for just 0.50 €;
- Advances are not provided, so it's important to have enough funds for personal expenses until you receive your first salary;
- Salary is credited by the 15th day of the next month for the previous worked month.
