City Bus Driver at MPK

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men and women up to 60 years old.

📍 City of work:
Poland, Poznań.

💵 Salary:
- 28.90 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 30.30 zł/hour net with Pit-2 signing;
- 32.30 zł/hour net with Pit-30 signing.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (shift) schedule;
- Day off may fall on a weekday, as well as on Saturday or Sunday;
- On average 200 - 220 hours/month.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The job involves safely transporting passengers along a specified route. It is also necessary to inform control personnel about any issues on the route, particularly potential malfunctions or damage to the vehicle. Additionally, it is important to focus on passenger service to ensure their trip is comfortable and pleasant.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided free of charge for the first three months of work;
- After the first three months, accommodation costs 450 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- In case of independent rental, a bonus of 1 zł for each hour worked is provided;
- 2 or 3 people will live in the room;
- Assistance is provided with accommodation for couples and family drivers to ensure living is convenient and comfortable;
- Housing is located near shops and banks, up to three kilometers from the bus depot, and the workplace is easily accessible on foot. Everything is designed for your convenience to make you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Must be able to withstand stressful situations;
- Must be ready to work in a shift schedule;
- Must be communicative and have a high standard of behavior;
- If the driver’s license was issued before September 2008, the employer issues a short code 95. If the license is obtained after 2008, a long code 95 is issued free of charge, and training lasts from one to one and a half months;
- The short code 95 costs 1225 zł (funds must be paid immediately). After six months of work, 1075 zł is refunded, and the difference is the payment for the plastic card. The cost includes the code, psychological tests, and a medical examination. The short code can be issued if category D was issued before 09.09.2008;
- Drivers work with fifteen routes using a specialized application. For convenience, the employer provides a company phone with the application already installed;
- Minicasco insurance costs 145 zł/month (deducted from the salary) and covers damages up to 30,000 zł;
- An advance is provided after 5 days of work amounting to 300 zł;
- Salaries are credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous month's work.

🔴 Requirements:
- A category D driver's license is required;
- Bus driver qualification is required for work, with a bus length of 12 meters;
- The minimum education requirement is a vocational or general secondary education.

- No fines are provided for drivers;
- The employer provides a work phone, which can also be used for personal needs. Calls and internet within Poland are free;
- The work uses a mobile app with current routes, so there is no need to memorize them by heart;
- Knowledge of Polish is not required;
- Assistance is provided with obtaining a residence card.

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum working period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify two weeks before resignation. There are no fines or deductions from salary, the main thing is to notify in time.
