Work in the warehouse of the Rohlik online store

🧑🏻 Candidates:

Czech Republic, Ostrava.

💵 Salary:
- 175 Kč/hour net for the first 250 hours worked;
- 180 Kč/hour net for those who have worked from 250 to 1000 hours;
- 190 Kč/hour net for those who have 1000 to 2000 hours worked;
- 195 Kč/hour net for those who have worked from 2000 to 4000 hours;
- 200 Kč/hour net for those with 4000 to 6000 hours worked;
- 205 Kč/hour net for those who have worked over 6000 hours.

The rate size depends on the total number of hours worked over the entire period of work.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (shift) schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays or on Saturday or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 6 - 12 hours;
- After starting work, you will be assigned to the order picking department or logistics department, where you will perform your duties on a permanent basis;
- The work schedule is formed by the coordinator depending on the needs of the warehouse. Friday and Saturday are mandatory working days. Shifts may alternate, and when drawing up the schedule, the coordinator takes into account the preferences regarding working days and shifts as much as possible, but due to the specifics of the warehouse work, it is not always possible to fully accommodate them. It is not possible to choose shifts independently;
- On average, you can work 200 - 250 hours per month.
Work schedule in logistics department:
- First shift from 03:00 to 09:00;
- Second shift from 03:00 to 12:30;
- Third shift from 10:00 to 20:00;
- Fourth shift from 11:45 to 22:00.
Work schedule in picking department:
- First shift from 03:45 to 10:00;
- Second shift from 03:45 to 16:30;
- Third shift from 10:30 to 19:30.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, then there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to collect goods according to orders using a scanner or deal with distributing orders for delivery in the logistics department.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 7000 Kč per month (cost deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- 2 persons per room;
- Usual comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple for comfort and coziness;
- You need to have your own bedding, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort.

📄 Employment contract:
Initially, employment is arranged through the Dohoda o provedení práce (DPP) contract. After working 250 hours, it is possible to switch to the Dohoda o pracovní činnosti (DPČ) contract. It is also possible to remain on the Dohoda o provedení práce (DPP) contract and receive medical insurance compensation if you work at least 160 hours per month.

📌 Additional information:
- It is necessary to have a desire to work and not be afraid of active walking work;
- The job is similar to regular supermarket shopping. You will be collecting goods according to a list as if you are buying products for yourself;
- The coolest department has a temperature of approximately +6 degrees, but warm clothing is provided, and constant movement practically eliminates the cold;
- You need to bring your lunch, but sometimes products from the warehouse with a valid consumption period are provided;
- The maximum lifting weight is 5 - 8 kilograms;
- Training lasts 3 days, after which the production standard gradually increases to the standard level;
- Travel to the workplace by public transport;
- An advance is provided 5 days after work;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of each month to the bank account for the previous month worked.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum working period:
There is no minimum working period, but you need to give two weeks' notice of resignation.
