Work in the warehouse of the Rohlik online store

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Czech Republic, Ostrava, 17. listopadu 6242.

📍 Place of registration: 
Czech Republic, Ostrava.

💵 Salary:
- 175 Kč/hour net for the first 250 worked hours;
- 180 Kč/hour net for those who have already worked from 250 to 1000 hours;
- 190 Kč/hour net for those who have from 1000 to 2000 worked hours;
- 195 Kč/hour net for those who worked from 2000 to 4000 hours;
- 200 Kč/hour net for those who have 4000 to 6000 worked hours;
- 205 Kč/hour net for those who worked over 6000 hours.

The rate depends on the total number of hours worked for the entire period of employment.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- Days off can fall on weekdays, Saturday, or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 6 - 12 hours;
- After starting work, you are assigned to the order picking department or logistics department, where you will perform your duties on a permanent basis;
- The schedule is formed by the coordinator depending on the needs of the warehouse. Friday and Saturday are mandatory working days. Shifts may alternate, and when compiling the schedule, the coordinator takes into account the preferences regarding working days and shifts as much as possible, but due to the specific nature of the warehouse work, it is not always possible to fully accommodate them. There is no possibility to choose shifts independently;
- On average, you can work 200 - 250 hours per month.
Work schedule in the logistics department:
- First shift from 03:00 to 09:00;
- Second shift from 03:00 to 12:30;
- Third shift from 10:00 to 20:00;
- Fourth shift from 11:45 to 22:00.
Work schedule in the order picking department:
- First shift from 03:45 to 10:00;
- Second shift from 03:45 to 16:30;
- Third shift from 10:30 to 19:30.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in stock. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to collect goods according to orders using a scanner or engage in the distribution of orders for delivery in the logistics department.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 7000 Kč per month (cost is deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- 2 people will live in one room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are available in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for married couples to ensure comfort and coziness;
- You need to have your own bedding, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort.

📄 Employment contract:
At the start of employment, registration is under the contract Dohoda o provedení práce (DPP). After working 250 hours, it is possible to transition to the contract Dohoda o pracovní činnosti (DPČ). You can also remain on the contract Dohoda o provedení práce (DPP) and receive health insurance compensation subject to working at least 160 hours per month.

📌 Additional information:
- You need to have the desire to work and not be afraid of active walking work;
- The work is similar to regular shopping in a supermarket. You will collect items from a list as if you are buying groceries for yourself;
- The coldest department has a temperature of about +6 degrees, but warm clothing is provided, and due to constant movement, the cold is practically not felt;
- Lunch must be brought with you, but sometimes products with a suitable expiration date are provided from the warehouse;
- The maximum lifting weight is 5 - 8 kilograms;
- Training lasts 3 days, after which the production rate gradually increases to the standard level;
- Transportation to the workplace by public transport;
- An advance is provided after 5 days of work;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of each month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free entry, visa, temporary protection of the Czech Republic, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
No minimum term of work, however, notice of termination must be given two weeks in advance.
