Work at the Notino cosmetics warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years of age.

📍 Workplace:
Czech Republic, Rajhrad, Stará pošta 1025 (~20 km from Brno).

💵 Salary:
- The basic salary is 30 000 Kč gross per month;
- A night shift allowance of 30% is provided;
- A weekend work allowance of 30% is provided;
- A public holiday work allowance of 100% is provided;
- An overtime work allowance of 25% is provided;
- An overtime work allowance on weekends of 25% is provided;
- A meal allowance of 1600 Kč per month is provided;
- The average salary ranges from 32 000 to 34 000 Kč gross per month.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- The first shift is from 06:00 to 14:00;
- The second shift is from 14:00 to 22:00;
- During the seasonal period before Christmas, when order volumes increase, night shifts and weekend shifts may additionally be introduced.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, then accordingly, the hours will be slightly fewer.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assemble orders, moving between shelves and collecting the necessary goods. During work, you need to use a scanner and a tablet, scan products, and upload order information. Responsibilities also include checking the completeness of assembled orders and carefully packing ready orders.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided for free;
- Accommodation is provided in a dormitory;
- 2 or 3 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- Regular single and bunk beds are equipped on the premises;
- Transportation from the accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract: 
Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing and in motion using a scanner;
- The maximum weight to be lifted during work: for women — up to 15 kilograms, for men — up to 30 kilograms;
- Vending machines with food are available on the premises, where you can buy baguettes and ready meals. There is also the option to order lunches with delivery;
- A special discount for shopping at the online store Notino is provided;
- If needed, an advance can be credited to your bank account after 14 working days in the amount of 1000–2000 Kč;
- The salary is credited by the 15th of each month to your bank account for the previous month worked.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
There is no minimum work period. In case of dismissal, no penalties or additional deductions from your salary are provided.
