Work in greenhouse Agrošiltnamiai

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Work location: 
Lithuania, Šingaliai, Lauko g. 1A (~10 km from Kėdainiai).

📍 Registration city:
Lithuania, Vilnius.

💵 Salary:
- 7.05 €/hour gross standard rate.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work during the day to ensure nights are for sleeping and resting;
- The workday includes a 30-minute break to rest and recharge;
- If necessary, there might be overtime work required.
The work schedule from Monday to Friday is as follows:
- Work takes place from 06:00 to 14:30.
The work schedule on Saturday is as follows:
- Work takes place from 06:00 to 10:00.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of greenhouse orders. If there are many orders, there will be more work and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will naturally be fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to timely harvest vegetables, sort them, and prepare them for further storage or consumption. You also need to supply workstations with necessary raw materials, perform loading and unloading of products, and assist with their transportation.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Free accommodation is provided;
- In case of self-renting, no additional payment is foreseen;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- 2 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for family couples to ensure comfort and coziness;
- The accommodation is equipped with regular comfortable beds;
- Transport from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- The work is performed standing in a closed space with an elevated temperature;
- The temperature in the greenhouse ranges from +20 to +35 degrees;
- You need to have your own comfortable clothing and footwear for work;
- After the first month of work, work T-shirts are provided for free;
- The job involves performing tasks at height;
- Lunch can be ordered at a cost of just 2 € per day;
- Advances are not provided, so it's important to have enough funds for personal expenses until the first salary is received;
- Salary is credited by the 15th of the following month for the previous month worked.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, temporary protection of Lithuania.

⏳ Minimum employment term:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you quit earlier than the established term, no penalties are imposed.
