Work in greenhouse Agrošiltnamiai

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 55 years old.

📍 Work location: 
Lithuania, Šingaliai, Lauko g. 1A (~10 km from Kėdainiai).

📍 Registration location:
Lithuania, Vilnius.

💵 Salary:
- 7.05 €/hour gross standard rate.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work during daylight hours to leave the night for sleep and rest;
- During the workday, there is a break lasting 30 minutes to rest and recharge;
- If necessary, there may be a need to work overtime.
The work schedule from Monday to Friday is as follows:
- Work takes place from 06:00 to 14:30.
The work schedule on Saturday is as follows:
- Work takes place from 06:00 to 10:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of greenhouse orders. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, therefore, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Timely harvesting of vegetables, sorting them, and preparing for further storage or consumption. Also, provide workplaces with necessary materials, perform loading and unloading of products and assist with their transportation.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Free accommodation provided;
- No additional payment for self-rented housing;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- 2 people will live in one room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple for comfort and coziness;
- The accommodation is equipped with regular comfortable beds;
- There is organized transport from the accommodation to the workplace. Everything is planned for your convenience to make you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- Work takes place in a cucumber greenhouse;
- The work is performed standing in a closed environment with elevated temperatures;
- The temperature in the greenhouse is between +20 to +35 degrees;
- The weight of a full crate is approximately 15 kilograms, so it's important to be prepared for physical work;
- You need to have your own comfortable clothing and footwear for work;
- After the first month of work, work T-shirts are provided for free;
- The work involves performing tasks at heights;
- You have the option to order lunch, which costs only 2 € per day;
- Advances are not provided, so it is important to have enough funds for personal expenses until the first salary is received;
- Salaries are paid by the 15th of the following month for the previous worked month.
