Work in a bakery

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 50 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Kraków.

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Working schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- Days off may fall on weekdays as well as Saturday or Sunday;
- Working day lasts 8 - 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00 or from 06:00 to 15:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 02:00 or from 18:00 to 04:00;
-  The first shift workweek starts on Monday and lasts until Friday;
-  The second shift workweek starts on Sunday at 18:00 and lasts until Saturday morning.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the bakery has. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- It is necessary to perform auxiliary and housekeeping tasks in production. The job involves dishwashing, loading trays into the oven, cleaning fruits, filling doughnuts, and preparing pudding for yeast products.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own lodging;
- No surcharge for independent accommodation rental is provided.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Initially, you need to have your own comfortable work clothes. After some time, work clothes are provided. It is important that your own clothes are of a light color;
- Due to sanitary requirements, work can only be done without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for hygiene compliance in production;
- You need to undergo a special medical examination. A referral to the hospital is issued after a few working days;
- Sanitary booklet costs 200 zł (payment must be made immediately);
- Commuting to the workplace is by public transport;
- Maximum lifting weight is up to 20 kilograms;
- An advance is paid after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of the month to a bank account.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free travel, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum employment period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify 2 weeks in advance. There are no fines or deductions from wages, the main thing is to inform on time.
