Work in a bakery

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women up to 50 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Kraków.

💵 Salary:
- 25.36 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- Days off can fall on weekdays as well as Saturdays or Sundays;
- Working day lasts 8 - 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00 or from 06:00 to 15:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 02:00 or from 18:00 to 04:00;
-  Work week on the first shift starts on Monday and lasts until Friday;
-  Work week on the second shift starts on Sunday at 18:00 and lasts until Saturday morning.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the bakery has. If there are many orders, there will be more work, hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- Must perform auxiliary and maintenance work in production. The work involves washing dishes, loading trays into the oven, cleaning fruits, stuffing donuts, and preparing pudding for yeast products.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, you need to have your own housing;
- No supplement for self-rented housing.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Initially, you need to have your own comfortable work clothes. Work clothes are provided after some time. It is important that personal clothing is of a light color;
- Due to sanitary requirements, you can only work without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene in production;
- A special medical examination is required. A referral to the hospital is issued after a few working days;
- Health book costs 200 zł (payment must be made immediately);
- Get to the workplace by public transport;
- Maximum lifting weight up to 20 kilograms;
- Advance payment is made after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th to a bank account.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify at least 2 weeks before leaving. There are no fines or withholdings from salary, the main thing is to notify in time.
