Seamstress for the production of pet beds Bartex

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 60 years old.

📍 Work city:
Poland, Żagań, Św. Michała 4 (~50 km from Zielona Góra).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Świdnica.

💵 Salary:
- 25.50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 33.41 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes work on Saturdays may be required;
- Workday lasts 8–12 hours;
- Possibility to work overtime;
- A paid break of 20 minutes is provided during the workday.
Work schedule with an 8-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Work schedule with a 12-hour workday:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the number of orders at the company. When there are more orders, you can work more hours. If there are fewer orders, consequently, the number of working hours will be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to sew soft and high-quality pet beds, as well as check the quality of seams and materials to ensure the finished products are durable, comfortable, and meet established standards.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 550 zł per month (amount is deducted from the salary);
- No allowance for independently renting accommodation;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- Rooms will have 3–4 people;
- The accommodation is equipped with regular comfortable beds;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- The accommodation is located near the workplace, it takes about 15 minutes on foot.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Work is done both sitting and standing, depending on the process and tasks being performed at a given moment;
- An advance can be received after the first week of work and before the receipt of the first salary. After that, advances are no longer provided;
- Salary is credited by the 15th of each month to a bank account for the previous month worked.

🔴 Requirements:
- Sewing experience is required;
- Ability to work with industrial sewing machines, including a straight-stitch machine and an overlocker, is required. Experience with an embroidery machine will be an additional advantage. 

✅ Advantages:
- The company maintains a comfortable temperature;
- Knowledge of the Polish language is not required;
- Assistance with obtaining a residence card is provided.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
Need to work at least 4 months, otherwise 300 zł will be deducted from the salary.
