Seamstress for the production of quilts and pillows Euro-Comfort

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 60 years old.

📍 City of work:
Poland, Leszno, Spółdzielcza 49 (~80 km from Poznań)

📍 City of registration:
Poland, Świdnica.

💵 Salary:
- From 25.30 to 27.25 zł/hour net, depending on meeting the set standard;
- 32.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Working hours:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes working Saturdays may be required;
- The working day lasts from 8 to 12 hours.
Schedule for 8-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.
Schedule for 12-hour working day:
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will decrease accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to neatly sew the edges of blankets using sewing equipment, monitor the straightness of seams, and the quality of finished products.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 575 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, an additional 1.50 zł is provided for each worked hour;
- Accommodation is provided in a house or hostel;
- Rooms accommodate 2–3 people;
- Regular single beds are provided at the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen;
- The kitchen is equipped with necessary utensils for cooking, including pots and pans;
- Accommodation is located approximately 30 minutes' walk from the enterprise, depending on the place of residence.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Before starting work, you need to undergo a small practical test to check sewing experience and skills;
- Work is performed sitting at sewing equipment;
- A comfortable temperature is maintained at the enterprise;
- You need to have your own work clothes, but t-shirts and work shoes are provided;
- Transport to work is not organized, as the accommodation is within walking distance;
- Meals are not provided, so you need to bring your own lunches;
- An advance can be received after working the first week, before receiving the first salary. After the first salary payment, advances are no longer provided;
- Salary is credited to a bank account by the 15th of each month for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Mandatory experience as a seamstress;
- Must know how to work with straight stitch and overlock.

- Accommodation is within walking distance from the enterprise;
- Knowledge of the Polish language is not required;
- Assistance is provided with obtaining a residence card.

📋 Documents:
Citizenship of the European Union, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period:
You need to work at least 4 months, otherwise 300 zł will be deducted from the salary.
