Another example: the first vacancy provides 168 hours with no additional shifts, or 168 × PLN 34 = PLN 5,712 gross. The second offers 184 hours at PLN 32, or 184 × 32 = PLN 5,888 gross. If a person wants to work more hours, the second offer may be better even at a lower hourly rate. Assess the entire pay structure.

What to check before accepting a vacancy

Conditions for the same profession can differ so much that expectations may not match reality after work begins. Before deciding, clarify:
