Work at the fish enterprise Sulmin

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 50 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Przodkowo, Kawle Dolne 4H (~30 km from Gdańsk).

📍 Application city: 
Poland, Warszawa.

💵 Salary:
- 27 zł/hour net standard rate;
- 31.50 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5 - 6 days a week;
- Working day lasts 10 - 12 - 14 hours;
- Working day starts at 06:00;
- Work during daytime hours, so night is for sleep and rest;
- On average, 240 hours/month.

The number of hours depends on how many orders are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will be slightly less accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Involves packing, sorting, and cutting salmon fillets. The main task is to carefully remove the skin from the fish fillet and prepare it for further processing or packaging. The fish is already pre-processed, so gutting is not required. The work is conducted in comfortable conditions, without working in freezing chambers.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 400 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 3 or 4 people will live in one room;
- There are regular comfortable beds at the accommodation;
- The accommodation is within walking distance, easy to reach work on foot. Everything is designed for your convenience, so you feel comfortable daily.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes take place standing by the conveyor line;
- Lunch should be brought with you;
- Temperature at the enterprise is +8 - +14 degrees;
- Due to sanitary requirements, work is only possible without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene at production;
- Sanitary book costs 250 zł (deducted from salary);
- Insurance costs 150 - 200 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- An advance payment of 400 zł is given after 10 days of work;
- Salary is credited up to the 28th of the month to the bank account.

📋 Documents: 
European Union citizenship, visa-free travel, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum work term:
The minimum work term is three months. If work is completed earlier, 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary. If planning to resign after this period, it is mandatory to notify two weeks in advance. Failure to do so on time will result in a deduction of 1000 zł for breach of conditions and another 1000 zł penalty for accommodation.
