Work at the fish enterprise Gadus

🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
- 24 zł/hour net regular rate;
- +1 zł/hour net for persons up to 26 years old;
- No student rate provided.

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;​​
- One break is provided for an 8-hour workday;
- Two breaks are provided for a 12-hour workday;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders there are at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work and, consequently, more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
- Work on servicing the production line. Duties include fish filleting, packaging finished products for further transport. You will be responsible for weight control, sorting, and checking product quality. It is important to maintain cleanliness and order at your workplace so that the work is convenient and safe.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 700 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent housing rental, a supplement of 1 zł for each working hour is provided;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- 2 - 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- A separate room is provided for a married couple for comfort and coziness;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the housing;
- Housing is within walking distance from the workplace (25 minutes on foot).

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional Information:
- Working processes take place standing by the conveyor line;
- Maximum lifting weight is 15 kilograms;
- Commuting to work by public transport;
- One free hot lunch is provided once a day;
- The sanitary booklet costs 220 zł. Payment is made immediately, as documents are processed personally and are valid for a long time;
- Working in jewelry, with extended nails, and eyelashes is prohibited;
- Work clothing is provided free of charge;
- Temperature at the enterprise is +6 - +8 degrees Celsius;
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 200 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th to a bank account.

⚠️ Fines:
No-show at work:
- If the coordinator is not informed about not coming to work, a fine of 500 zł is imposed.
Alcohol and discipline:
- A fine of 1500 zł and dismissal are provided for appearing at the shift intoxicated.
