Work in the warehouse of the online store Rohlik

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, family couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Czech Republic, Prague.

There are several warehouses in Prague, so it is not possible to determine a specific workplace in advance. The allocation takes place directly before starting work and depends on the availability of free places at each warehouse.

💵 Salary:
- During the first 250 hours worked, the rate is 170 Kč/hour net;
- From 250 to 1000 hours worked, the rate is 180 Kč/hour net. A one-time bonus of 2500 Kč is also provided;
- From 1000 to 2000 hours worked — 190 Kč/hour net;
- From 2000 to 4000 hours worked — 200 Kč/hour net;
- From 4000 to 6000 hours worked — 210 Kč/hour net;
- After 6000 hours worked, the rate is 220 Kč/hour net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Floating (variable) schedule;
- Days off can fall on weekdays, Saturdays, or Sundays;
- The duration of the working day depends on the warehouse, position, and specific shift, and can range from 6 to 15 hours;
- Both day and night shifts are provided.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, so will the number of working hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
Piker process:
- It is necessary to assemble orders using a handheld scanner. The required item appears on the screen, which needs to be found in the warehouse, scanned, placed in the basket, and passed on for the next stage of assembly.
Logist process:
- It is necessary to prepare ready orders for transfer to couriers, to arrange and systematize them according to delivery routes.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 6500 Kč per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house, apartment, hostel, or hotel;
- Rooms will house 2–3 people;
- Regular single beds are provided in the accommodation;
- Separate rooms are provided for family couples;
- You must have your own bed linen.

The accommodation is located in different parts of the city, so the exact place of residence is determined directly before arrival, depending on the availability of free places. The commute from accommodation to work can take up to 40 minutes.

📄 Employment contract: 
During the first 14 days, work is carried out under a Dohoda o provedení práce (DPP) contract. If 200 hours are worked per month, a Hlavní pracovní poměr (HPP) is arranged.

📌 Additional information:
- The work does not involve significant physical exertion, but during the shift, it is necessary to move actively around the warehouse and walk a lot;
- The warehouse has warm and cool sectors. In the cool zones, the temperature ranges from +9 to +10 degrees;
- Training takes place before starting work, during which all necessary processes are shown and explained;
- To work, it is mandatory to have special protective footwear with a hard toe. It can be purchased independently or ordered through the employer for 800 Kč (the cost is deducted from the salary);
- It is important to adhere to established work standards. Failure to do so may result in paid working hours being reduced to two hours a day;
- Commute to work is not provided, so public transport must be used independently;
- Meals are not provided, so lunch must be brought along;
- For registration of residence, which is necessary to obtain a visa, a fee of 2000 Kč must be paid during document processing;
- An advance of 1000–2000 Kč can be received weekly;
- Salary is credited from the 15th to the 20th of each month to a bank account for the previous month worked.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, temporary protection of the Czech Republic, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum term of work:
There is no minimum term of work. If you plan to resign, you must notify at least 2 weeks in advance.
