Work at the Rohlik online store warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:

💵 Salary:
- 160 Kč/hour net for the first 250 hours worked;
- 170 Kč/hour net for those who have already worked from 250 to 1000 hours;
- 175 Kč/hour net for those who have worked from 1000 to 2000 hours;
- 180 Kč/hour net for those who have worked from 2000 to 4000 hours;
- 185 Kč/hour net for those who have worked from 4000 to 6000 hours;
- 190 Kč/hour net for those who have worked over 6000 hours.

The wage rate depends on the total number of hours worked over the entire work period.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Flexible (variable) schedule;
- Days off may occur on weekdays as well as on Saturday or Sunday;
- Workday lasts 6 - 12 hours;
- Upon starting work, you will be assigned to the order picking department or the logistics department, where you will perform your duties on a permanent basis;
- The work schedule is formed by the coordinator, depending on the warehouse needs. Friday and Saturday are mandatory working days. Shifts can alternate, and when forming the schedule, the coordinator takes into account preferences regarding working days and shifts if possible, but due to the specifics of the warehouse work, it's not always possible to fully accommodate them. There's no possibility to choose shifts independently;
- On average, you can work 200 - 250 hours per month.
Logistics department work schedule:
- First shift from 03:30 to 07:45;
- Second shift from 04:00 to 17:30;
- Third shift from 10:30 to 20:30.
Order picking department schedule:
- First shift from 02:00 to 12:00;
- Second shift from 03:30 to 14:00;
- Third shift from 09:00 to 17:30;
- Fourth shift from 12:00 to 22:00;
- Fifth shift from 11:00 to 17:00.
Training schedule looks like this:
- First training shift from 06:00 to 12:00;
- Second training shift from 12:00 to 21:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, the hours will be slightly fewer.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to collect goods according to orders using a scanner or handle order distribution for delivery in the logistics department.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 7000 Kč per month (cost is deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a dormitory;
- 3 people will live in a room;
- There are regular comfortable beds in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- You need to have your own bed linen as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- You can reach work on foot in about 10 - 15 minutes.

📄 Employment contract:
At the start of employment, registration is done under the Dohoda o provedení práce (DPP) contract. After working 250 hours, it is possible to switch to a Dohoda o pracovní činnosti (DPČ) contract. It is also possible to remain on the Dohoda o provedení práce (DPP) contract and receive medical insurance compensation, provided you work at least 160 hours a month.

📌 Additional information:
- You need to have the desire to work and not be afraid of active walking work;
- The work is similar to regular shopping in a supermarket. You will collect goods according to a list as if you were buying products for yourself;
- The coolest department has a temperature of approximately +6 degrees, but warm clothing is provided, and due to constant movement, the cold is practically not felt;
- You need to bring lunch with you, but sometimes products from the warehouse with a suitable expiration date are provided;
- The maximum lifting weight is 5 - 8 kilograms;
- Training lasts 3 days, after which the production standard gradually increases to the standard level;
- An advance is provided after 5 days of work;
- Salary is credited to the bank account on the 20th of each month for the previous worked month.
