Work at the Rohlik online store warehouse

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men and women up to 50 years old.

📍 Work City:

📍 Registration City: 
Czech Republic, Brno.

💵 Salary:
- 175 Kč/hour net for the first 250 worked hours;
- 180 Kč/hour net for those who have worked between 250 and 1000 hours;
- 190 Kč/hour net for those with 1000 to 2000 worked hours;
- 195 Kč/hour net for those who have worked between 2000 and 4000 hours;
- 200 Kč/hour net for those with 4000 to 6000 worked hours;
- 205 Kč/hour net for those who have worked over 6000 hours.

The rate size depends on the total number of hours worked over the entire period of employment.

🕐 Work Schedule:
- Fluctuating (variable) schedule;
- Days off can fall on weekdays, as well as on Saturday or Sunday;
- The workday lasts 6 - 12 hours;
- After starting work, you will be assigned to the order picking department or the logistics department, where you will perform your duties on a permanent basis;
- The work schedule is formed by the coordinator depending on the needs of the warehouse. Friday and Saturday are mandatory working days. Shifts may alternate, and the coordinator will consider requests regarding working days and shifts when possible, but due to the specific nature of warehouse work, it is not always possible to fully accommodate them. It is not possible to choose shifts independently;
- On average, you can work 200 - 250 hours per month.
Logistics department work schedule:
- First shift from 03:30 to 07:45;
- Second shift from 04:00 to 17:30;
- Third shift from 10:30 to 20:30.
Order picking department work schedule:
- First shift from 02:00 to 12:00;
- Second shift from 03:30 to 14:00;
- Third shift from 09:00 to 17:30;
- Fourth shift from 12:00 to 22:00;
- Fifth shift from 11:00 to 17:00.
The training schedule looks like this:
- First training shift from 06:00 to 12:00;
- Second training shift from 12:00 to 21:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are at the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be a bit fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to pick goods according to orders using a scanner or deal with distribution of orders for delivery in the logistics department.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 7000 Kč per month (cost is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a dormitory;
- 3 people will live in a room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the housing;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple to ensure comfort and coziness;
- You need to have your own bedding since it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- You can walk to work in about 10 - 15 minutes.

📄 Employment Contract:
At the beginning of the employment, registration is done under the contract Dohoda o provedení práce (DPP). After working 250 hours, a transition to the contract Dohoda o pracovní činnosti (DPČ) is possible. You can also stay on the contract Dohoda o provedení práce (DPP) and receive medical insurance compensation provided you work at least 160 hours per month.

📌 Additional Information:
- You need to have the desire to work and not be afraid of active walking work;
- The work is similar to regular shopping in a supermarket. You will be picking goods according to a list as if you are buying products for yourself;
- The coolest department has a temperature of approximately +6 degrees, but warm clothing is provided, and due to constant movement, the cold is hardly felt;
- You need to bring lunch with you, but sometimes products from the warehouse with a suitable expiration date are issued;
- The maximum lift weight is 5 - 8 kilograms;
- Training lasts 3 days, after which the production standard gradually increases to the standard level;
- An advance is provided after 5 days of work;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

⏳ Minimum Term of Work:
There is no minimum term of work, but you need to notify about dismissal two weeks in advance.
