Work in bread and pastry production at Unipol

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples under 55 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Pobiedziska, Pomarzanowice 23 (~40 km from Poznań).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Opole or Wrocław.

💵 Salary:
- 22,68 zł/hour net without signing Pit-2;
- 24,47 zł/hour net when signing Pit-2;
- 25,36 zł/hour net for individuals under 26 years old;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 6 days a week;
- The day off can fall on weekdays as well as Saturday or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 8 - 12 hours.
The work schedule for an 8-hour working day is as follows:
- First shift from 05:00 to 13:00;
- Second shift from 13:00 to 21:00;
- During the working day, there is a break lasting 15 minutes to rest and recharge.
The work schedule for a 12-hour working day is as follows:
- First shift from 05:00 to 17:00;
- Second shift from 17:00 to 05:00;
- During the working day, there are two breaks of 15 minutes or one break lasting 30 minutes to rest and recharge.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the bakery has. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus, more hours. If there are fewer orders, the hours will correspondingly be slightly fewer.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to assist the baker at the ovens, load and unload bread, and supply ready dough to special machines that divide it into portions of the required size. Also included in the responsibilities is adding fillings, forming and twisting products, placing them on a baking sheet, applying coatings, decorating with sprinkles, and packing the finished baked goods into cardboard boxes. In separate processes, you need to wash the baskets and bakery equipment and maintain cleanliness at the workplace. Tasks may change depending on production needs, so work may take place in different areas of the bakery.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of self-renting accommodation, there is a surcharge of 2 zł for each hour worked (need to specify at the office upon registration);
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 3 - 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are available at the residence;
- Separate room for a family couple is provided for comfort and coziness;
- You need to have your own bedding as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Transportation from accommodation to the workplace is organized. Everything is thought out for your convenience to ensure you feel comfortable every day.

📌 Additional information:
- The company produces bread, croissants, yeast products, and other delicious pastries;
- There is no permanently assigned workstation in production, so tasks may change depending on the current needs of the bakery and your skills. You may work in different production processes, gradually familiarizing yourself with the peculiarities of each;
- Work processes take place standing by the conveyor line or production machines;
- Due to sanitary requirements, it is only possible to work without jewelry, piercings, false eyelashes, nails, and manicure. This is a mandatory condition for maintaining hygiene in production;
- Work takes place in a warm production facility, so it is possible to work comfortably in a short-sleeved t-shirt;
- Comfortable white work shoes are provided, similar to Crocs;
- On the washing line, rubber boots and protective headphones are additionally provided;
- There are no set standards for the amount of product produced;
- It is not allowed to use a mobile phone during work;
- If you smoke, it's important to consider that the time spent on smoke breaks is deducted from the total number of hours worked at the end of the month;
- A pleasant bonus is that every day you can take two fresh rolls for breakfast, and after finishing the workday — one whole loaf;
- Accommodation for the registration period in Opole or Wrocław is provided. The cost is 250 zł, and payment must be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance is credited after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of the month to a bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free travel, visa, residency card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum period of work:
The minimum period of work is 3 months. If you resign without a one-month notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is imposed. If notified in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
