Forklift driver VZV at the Forvia car factory

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 45 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Czech Republic, Písek, Čížovská 488 (~55 km from České Budějovice).

💵 Salary:
- 220 Kč/hour net regular rate;
- After the first fully worked month, a bonus of 15,000 Kč is provided;
- After 4 months of work, another bonus of 15,000 Kč is provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Working day lasts for 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- During the working day, an unpaid break of 30 minutes is provided. That means 7.5 hours are paid for the 8 hours spent at work;
- Overtime work is available if desired;
- On average, about 190 hours can be worked per month.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the car factory. If there are many orders, the working hours will be more. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to operate a VZV loader and move car parts, components, and other necessary materials between the warehouse and production lines. Duties also include loading and unloading trucks and performing other warehouse and production tasks manually.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 250 Kč per day (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation can be provided in a house, dormitory, or apartment. The exact place of residence depends on the availability of vacant places at the time of check-in;
- 2–3 people will live in the rooms;
- Regular single beds are provided in the accommodation.

📄 Employment contract:
Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional information:
- Work clothes and everything necessary for work are provided for free;
- The work is not limited to operating a loader. During the shift, it is also necessary to perform other warehouse and production tasks manually;
- An advance of up to 2000 Kč can be received after 5 worked days;
- Salary is paid in cash from the 15th to the 20th of each month for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- VZV license is required;
- Work experience is required.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, temporary protection of the Czech Republic, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
You must work for a minimum of 3 months. In case of resignation, it is important to notify at least 14 days in advance. If you leave without notice, a penalty of 2500 Kč will be deducted from your salary. The cost of accommodation may also be deducted.
