Courier on a minivan

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged 20 to 40 years.

📍 Place of work:
Germany, Hamburg.

💵 Salary:
- From 2200 € net per month if completing up to 120 stops per day;
- For each stop above the norm, an additional payment of 1 € is provided.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Saturday work by prior arrangement;
- The working day lasts 7 or 8 hours;
- Work from 07:00 to 14:00 or from 07:00 to 15:00;
- The working day ends after all planned parcels are delivered;
- Work during the day, so the night is left for sleep and rest.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of parcels to deliver. If there are many parcels, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer parcels, then accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to independently scan, sort, and load parcels into the vehicle, and then deliver them along the specified route using a navigation system.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 350-400 €/month (deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- 2 people will live in a room;
- Transport is organized from the accommodation to the place of work. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
A1 business trip from Poland (Umowa zlecenie).

📌 Additional information:
- The job involves formalizing by business trip letter A1;
- Mercedes Sprinter or Volkswagen Crafter vehicles are provided for work. All expenses related to the vehicle are compensated;
- Loading takes place in one location and takes approximately 1 hour;
- Parcel weight — from 600 grams to 10 kilograms, the route can include up to 120 stops per day;
- You need to have your own work clothes;
- It is important to follow traffic rules and treat the vehicle and parcels responsibly;
- Fines are provided in case of vehicle damage, loss, or damage of parcels;
- Advances are not provided, so it is important to take care of personal expenses in advance before receiving the first salary;
- Salary is deposited from the 15th to the 20th of each month into the bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- A category B driver’s license is required;
- Experience driving Mercedes Sprinter or Volkswagen Crafter vans across Europe for at least 1 year is required.
