Rebar worker for construction sites Imvertex

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged 18 to 60 years.

📍 Place of work:
Work takes place at various construction sites in Gdańsk and the surrounding areas, including in Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia, or Łeba. The workplace depends on the location of the current site.

💵 Salary:
- 35–45 zł/hour net for specialists with work experience;
- For higher-level specialists who can read drawings and independently perform more complex work, the rate is 40–50 zł/hour net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes also possible working Saturdays, but no more than 2 times a month;
- The working day usually lasts 10 hours, but if necessary, it can be extended to 12 hours;
- Work takes place only during the day.

🛠 Duties:
- It is required to perform rebar work during the construction of monolithic structures: prepare, cut, tie, and mount the reinforcement, assemble rebar frames and meshes according to the project. Also, prepare structures for further concrete pouring.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, but help with finding housing is offered if needed.

📄 Employment contract:
There is an option to choose one of two types of employment contracts: Umowa zlecenia or Umowa o pracę.

📌 Additional information:
- A test period of 10 working days is provided, after which an Umowa zlecenia is executed;
- The job is physically active, so it's important to be in good physical shape;
- The ability to read construction drawings will be an advantage and allows for a higher rate;
- During the first 2 months of work, it is possible to receive advances;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Experience as a rebar worker in construction is required.

- Work takes place only during the day, without night shifts;
- Work clothes are provided for free after 10 working days;
- Medical examination and safety training BHP are free of charge;
- Knowledge of the Polish language is not required;
- Assistance with residence card processing is provided.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum working period:
If you plan to quit, you must inform about it at least 14 days in advance.
