🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men aged 18 to 60 years.

📍 Place of work:
Work takes place at various construction sites in Gdańsk and surrounding areas, including Gdańsk, Sopot, Gdynia, or Łeba. The place of work depends on the location of the current site.

💵 Salary:
- 35–45 zł/hour net for specialists with work experience;
- For higher-level specialists who can read drawings and independently perform more complex tasks, the rate is 40–50 zł/hour net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes working Saturdays are also possible, but no more than 2 times a month;
- The working day usually lasts 10 hours, but if necessary can be extended to 12 hours;
- Work takes place only during the daytime.

🛠 Duties:
- It is necessary to perform carpentry work during the construction of monolithic structures: to prepare, assemble, and install wooden elements and formwork before pouring concrete. It is also necessary to take necessary measurements, fit and secure structures, and work with hand and power tools.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is not provided, but assistance with finding housing is available if needed.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- A trial period of 10 working days is provided, after which Umowa zlecenia is formalized;
- The work is physically active, so it's important to be in good physical shape;
- The ability to read construction drawings is an advantage and allows for a higher rate;
- During the first 2 months of work, it is possible to receive advances;
- Salaries are credited on the 15th of each month to a bank account.

🔴 Requirements:
- Experience as a carpenter in construction is required.

- Work clothes are provided free of charge after 10 working days;
- Medical examination and BHP safety training are free of charge;
- Knowledge of the Polish language is not required;
- Assistance with obtaining a residence card is provided.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum period of work:
If you plan to resign, you must notify at least 14 days in advance.
