Work in the production of Hanon automotive air conditioners

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, and married couples up to 65 years old.

📍 Place of work:
Czech Republic, Nový Jičín, Lužická 984/14 (~40 km from Ostrava).

💵 Salary:
- 170 Kč/hour net for the first 3 months of work;
- 175 Kč/hour net starting from the 4th month of work;
- A bonus of 1500 Kč is charged monthly during the first 2 months of work.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- During the working day, there is a 30-minute break and an additional short break for rest. Breaks are not paid. 

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will decrease accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work with light thin tubes for car air conditioners ranging from 15 to 50 cm. They need to be inserted into special automated equipment that performs the main part of the work — connecting and processing parts.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided for free;
- If you rent housing on your own, there is a 3 500 Kč supplement for each month of work;
- Rooms will be shared by 2–3 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- The accommodation is furnished with regular single bunk beds;
- Housing is located within walking distance of the workplace;
- If you live in your own housing, there is an opportunity to use organized transport to work from Ostrava and Frýdek-Místek.

📄 Employment contract:
Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional information:
- Work is simple, does not involve significant physical strain, and is performed standing;
- You need to bring your own lunch;
- An advance of up to 2 000 Kč can be received after 5 days of work;
- Salary is paid in cash from the 15th to the 20th of each month for the previous worked month.

- The work takes place in a comfortable air-conditioned room where a normal room temperature is maintained, so it will not be hot or cold;
- Knowledge of the Czech language and work experience are not required;
- All work processes are clearly explained on site and help is provided to quickly get oriented.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free regime, visa, temporary protection of the Czech Republic, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum period of employment:
You need to work for at least 3 months. In case of resignation, it is important to notify at least 14 days in advance. If leaving the job without notice, a fine of 2500 Kč is deducted from the salary, as well as the cost of housing may be deducted.
