Work in the production of Hanon automotive air conditioners

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 65 years old.

📍 Workplace location:
Czech Republic, Nový Jičín, Lužická 984/14 (~40 km from Ostrava).

💵 Salary:
- 175 Kč/hour net regular rate;
- For the first 2 months of work, a bonus of 1500 Kč is added monthly.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- During the workday, a break lasting 30 minutes and an additional short break for rest are provided. Breaks are unpaid. 

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the order volume at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the order volume decreases, the number of working hours will accordingly decrease.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to work with light thin tubes for car air conditioners ranging from 15 to 50 cm in length. They need to be placed in special automated equipment that performs the main part of the work — connects and processes the parts.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided for free;
- If you rent your own accommodation, a supplement of 3 500 Kč for each month of work is provided;
- There will be 2–3 people per room;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Ordinary single-tier beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- Accommodation is within walking distance of the workplace;
- If you live in your own accommodation, there is an option to use organized transportation to work from Ostrava and Frýdek-Místek.

📄 Employment contract:
Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional information:
- The work is simple, does not involve significant physical exertion, and is done standing;
- You need to bring your own lunch;
- An advance payment of up to 2 000 Kč can be received after 5 days of work;
- Salary is paid in cash from the 15th to the 20th of each month for the previous month worked.

- The work takes place in a comfortable, air-conditioned area where a regular room temperature is maintained, so it won't be either hot or cold;
- Knowledge of the Czech language and work experience are not required;
- All work processes are clearly explained on-site and help is provided to quickly acclimate.

📋 Documents:
EU citizenship, visa-free, visa, temporary protection of the Czech Republic, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum employment term:
You need to work for a minimum of 3 months. In case of resignation, it's important to give at least 14 days' notice. If you leave without notice, a penalty of 2500 Kč is deducted from the salary. The cost of accommodation may also be deducted.
