Work at the meat production Le&Co

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women, married couples aged up to 50 years.

📍 Place of work:
Czech Republic, Jirny, Poděbradská 606 (~25 km from Praha).

📍 Place of registration:
Czech Republic, Praha. 

💵 Salary:
- 38 000 Kč gross per month, after 6 months of work the salary increases to 41 000 Kč gross;
- A 20% surcharge is provided for work in night shifts;
- A 25% surcharge is paid for work on weekends;
- A 100% surcharge is paid for work on public holidays;
- An additional 1 000 Kč is paid for each working Saturday;
- Overtime hours are paid extra;
- At the end of the year, an additional bonus of up to 25% of the monthly salary can be received if you were not on sick leave during the year;
- On average, the salary ranges from 30 000 to 40 000 Kč net per month, depending on the number of overtime hours, night shifts, and working Saturdays.

🕐 Working hours:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes there can also be working Saturdays;
- The working day usually lasts 8 hours, but depending on the number of orders, it can be extended to 10 hours;
- The first shift is from 06:00 to 14:30;
- The second shift is from 20:00 to 04:30;
- Since the work is related to meat products, the schedule can change depending on the volume of orders. All products must be processed during the day, so the exact end time of the shift may change;
- If the shift lasts 8 hours, a 30-minute break is provided, and for a 10–12-hour shift, two 30-minute breaks are provided.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the meat production. If there are many orders, the working hours will be longer. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours also decreases.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to sort, process, and pack finished products, and also pass them on to the next stages of production. If necessary, help with other processes.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 7000 Kč per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a dormitory;
- Rooms will accommodate 2–4 people;
- Ordinary single-tier beds are provided in the accommodation;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Bedding does not need to be brought with you, it is provided on site;
- Housing is located close to the workplace.

📄 Employment contract:
Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional information:
- Meat production specializes in the production of ham and other meat products;
- You need to work near the conveyor line, performing simple production processes;
- The temperature in the workspaces is maintained from +7 to +12 degrees;
- There is a canteen at the enterprise where you can eat twice a day. The cost of meals is only 30 Kč for the entire working day (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Advances are usually not provided, but before receiving the first salary, in exceptional cases, a one-time advance can be obtained. Possibility and amount are agreed individually;
- The salary is paid by the 15th of each month for the previous worked month.

- All necessary guarantees are provided, including social and medical insurance;
- Work clothes are provided free of charge: t-shirt, pants, sweater, vest, shoes, and if necessary — a jacket. Washing and ironing of work clothes are also provided;
- After 3 months of work, a pleasant gift awaits you — a set of products weighing approximately 3 kilograms;
- For long-term work, additional bonuses are provided, the size of which depends on the number of years worked;
- An annual paid vacation of 1 month is provided;
- Knowledge of the Czech language and work experience are not required;
- All work processes are understandable, and at the beginning everything will be explained and help will be given to settle into the new place.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, temporary protection of Czech Republic and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work term:
During the first 4 months, a probationary period applies, so you can quit at any time without prior notice. If you do not show up for work without warning and a valid reason, a fine of 2500 Kč is provided. After 3 such absences, automatic dismissal occurs.
