Work in the production of meat products Le&Co

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 60 years old.

📍 City of work:
Czech Republic, Jirny, Poděbradská 606 (~25 km from Prague).

📍 City of registration:
Czech Republic, Prague. 

💵 Salary:
- 43,000 Kč gross per month, after 6 months of work the salary increases to 46,000 Kč gross;
- A 20% surcharge is provided for night shifts;
- A 25% surcharge is accrued for work on weekends;
- A 100% surcharge is accrued for work on public holidays;
- An additional 1,000 Kč is accrued for each working Saturday;
- Overtime hours are paid additionally;
- At the end of the year, you can receive an additional bonus of up to 25% of the monthly salary, if you have not been on sick leave during the year;
- On average, the salary ranges from 38,000 to 50,000 Kč net per month, depending on the number of overtime hours, night shifts, and working Saturdays.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes there may also be working Saturdays;
- The working day usually lasts 8 hours, but depending on the number of orders, it can be extended to 10 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- Since work is associated with meat products, the schedule may vary depending on the volume of orders. All products need to be processed during the day, so the exact end time of the shift may change;
- If the shift lasts 8 hours, one 30-minute break is provided, and for a 10–12-hour shift — two 30-minute breaks.

It's important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the meat production. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours decreases as well.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Work with meat raw materials: move and process large pieces of meat, load and unload products. Also, if necessary, help with other meat product production processes.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 7,000 Kč per month (amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a dormitory;
- 2–4 people will live in the rooms;
- The accommodation has regular single-level beds;
- You do not need to bring bedding with you, it is provided on site;
- Housing is located near the workplace.

📄 Employment contract:
Hlavní prácovní poměr (HPP).

📌 Additional information:
- The meat production specializes in making ham and other meat products;
- Special metal carts and production equipment are used during work;
- The temperature in the workrooms is maintained from +7 to +12 degrees;
- There is a canteen at the enterprise where you can eat twice a day. The cost of food is only 30 Kč for the whole working day (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Advances are usually not provided, but in exceptional cases, a one-time advance can be obtained until the first salary. The possibility and amount are agreed individually;
- Salaries are accrued by the 15th of each month for the previous worked month.

- Work clothes are provided for free: T-shirt, pants, sweater, vest, shoes, and if necessary — a jacket. Washing and ironing of work clothes are also provided;
- After 3 months of work, you will receive a pleasant gift — a set of products weighing approximately 3 kilograms;
- Long-term work is rewarded with additional bonuses, the amount of which depends on the number of years worked;
- An annual paid vacation lasting 1 month is provided;
- Knowledge of the Czech language and work experience are not required;
- All work processes are explained on-site and help is provided to quickly get acquainted, so even without experience it will be easy to start working.

📋 Documents:
Visa-free, visa, temporary protection of Czech Republic, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum work period:
During the first 4 months, a probationary period applies, so you can quit at any time without prior notice. If you do not show up for work without notice and a valid reason, a penalty of 2,500 Kč is provided. After 3 such absences, automatic dismissal occurs.
