Work at the Okręgliccy Cemetery

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 60 years old.

📍 Work location:
Poland, Włoszczowa, Młynarska 74 (~60 km from Kielce).

💵 Salary:
- 32 zł/hour net during the training period, which lasts up to 3 months;
- After successful completion of training, the rate may be increased. Its size depends on the acquired skills, independence, and quality of work performance;
- Additional orders, such as transporting a deceased person from home to the funeral bureau, are paid separately.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work takes place from Monday to Friday. Changes on weekends are possible if necessary;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- Overtime work is possible if desired;
- On average, it is possible to work 168–170 hours per month.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- The work involves preparing the area and installing tombstones in cemeteries. It is also necessary to dig new graves, perform masonry work, open existing graves for subsequent burial, maintain the cleanliness of the cemetery area, and perform simple construction, masonry, and installation work. If necessary, most often in the winter, it is required to assist during funeral ceremonies. Responsibilities include carrying the deceased, placing the body into the coffin, transporting the coffin or urn to the burial site, and other assistance in organizing the funeral. Performing any procedures directly on the body is not required.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The full cost of accommodation is 1000 zł per month. If duties are performed diligently, including punctuality and regular attendance, 50% of the accommodation cost is compensated. After compensation, the accommodation cost will be 500 zł per month;
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- The room will accommodate 4 to 6 people;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the living space;
- It is a 2–10 minute walk from the accommodation to work.

📌 Additional information:
- You must be prepared for physical work outdoors, work on designated working weekends, responsibly fulfill your duties, be punctual, and regularly report for work. It is also important not to have a fear of contact with the deceased, working in the cemetery, and at the funeral bureau;
- The amount of the advance depends on the number of worked days. For example, after working 5 days, you can receive an advance of 200 zł. However, large advance sums are not provided;
- Salaries are credited to the bank account between the 15th and 25th of each month for the previous month's work.

🔴 Requirements:
- A communicative level of Polish is required;
- A category B driver's license and the ability to drive a van-type truck are required;
- Basic experience in masonry and installation work is required. Training is provided before work commences, so all work processes will be taught on-site. However, it is important to already have a general understanding of this work and basic practical skills.

✅ Advantages:
- The work is only during the day, without night shifts;
- The accommodation is within walking distance from the workplace;
- Assistance with obtaining a residence card is provided.

📋 Documents:
Citizenship of the European Union, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum period of employment:
The minimum work period is 3 months. In case of resignation, it is important to notify at least 1 month in advance. If you leave the job without notice, a penalty of 1000 zł will be deducted from your salary.
