🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women under the age of 45.

📍 City of work:
Poland, Tarnowskie Góry, Gliwicka 213 (~30 km from Katowice).

📍 City of registration:
Poland, Opole.

💵 Salary:
- 22,68 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 25,36 zł/hour net for individuals up to 26 years old;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certification).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 6 days a week;
- The day off can fall on either a weekday, Saturday, or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 9 hours;
- Work from 07:00 to 16:00;
- Daytime work so that the night is left for sleep and rest;
- On average, 200 hours per month.

It's important to understand that the number of hours depends on the volume of work at the sites. If there is more work, accordingly, there will be more hours. If the volume of work is less, the number of hours may also be slightly less.

🛠 Duties:
- Involve planting trees, shrubs, and perennials, as well as performing tasks for soil preparation for planting. This includes soil compaction, loosening, leveling the surface, and other soil processing works.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 550 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- No supplementary payments for independent housing rental;
- Accommodation is provided in an apartment;
- 3 - 4 people will reside in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are set up at the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bedding since it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Organized transport from accommodation to the workplace. Everything is thought out for your convenience to make you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- The work is not seasonal and continues throughout the year. In the winter period, work is done indoors;
- Work takes place at various sites with organized transport;
- Meals need to be brought with you;
- Accommodation during registration is provided in Opole. The cost is 250 zł, payment should be made in cash immediately during registration;
- An advance is provided after 14 days of work in the amount of 300 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you leave without 1 month's notice, a penalty of 2000 zł is withheld. If you notify in advance, 500 zł is deducted.
