Welder MIG/MAG for Greenbrier wagon production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 60 years old.

📍 Work city: 
Poland, Świdnica, Strzelińska 35 (~55 km from Wrocław).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Świdnica.

💵 Salary:
- 38 zł/hour net regular rate.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes there are shifts on Saturday as well;
- The working day lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime if you wish to earn more.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, accordingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- You need to perform welding of metal structures using the MIG/MAG method. During the work process, it is important to control the quality of welds, adhere to safety techniques and production standards. If necessary, you need to be able to work with drawings and technical documentation.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 425 zł/month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in houses or apartments;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- The accommodation is equipped with ordinary comfortable beds;
- You need to have your own bed linen as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- The accommodation is convenient and comfortable, equipped with everything necessary for daily living. There is Wi-Fi, a kitchen for cooking, and a washing machine;
- The accommodation is within walking distance (20 - 30 minutes walk), you can easily walk to work. Everything is thought out for your convenience to make sure you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- You need to be responsible and motivated;
- Before starting the work, it is necessary to weld samples to confirm the qualification;
- A welder's certificate is not required;
- An advance can be received after the first week of work and before the first salary is paid. After that, advances are no longer provided;
- Salary is credited by the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Welding experience required for at least 3 months;
- Experience required with semi-automatic welding machine MIG-MAG;
- Ability to perform high-quality welds is required

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection of Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum working period:
You need to work for a minimum of 4 months, otherwise 300 zł will be deducted from the salary.
