Welder MIG/MAG for Greenbrier wagon production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 60 years old.

📍 Work location: 
Poland, Świdnica, Strzelińska 35 (~55 km from Wrocław).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Świdnica.

💵 Salary:
- 35 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 39 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with a student certificate);
- An additional bonus of 2 zł/hour is provided if there are no absences.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes there are shifts on Saturday as well;
- The workday lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime if you want to earn more.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, then correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Performing welding of metal structures using the MIG/MAG method is required. During the work process, it is important to control the quality of weld seams, observe safety techniques, and follow production standards. If necessary, you must be able to work with blueprints and technical documentation.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 375 zł/month (deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in houses or apartments;
- 3 or 4 people will live in the room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Accommodation is comfortable and equipped with everything necessary for daily living. There is Wi-Fi, a kitchen for cooking, and a washing machine;
- Accommodation is within walking distance (20 - 30 minutes walk), you can easily walk to work. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- You need to be responsible and motivated;
- Before starting work, it is necessary to weld samples to confirm qualification;
- A welder's certificate is not required;
- An advance can be received after working the first week, until the first salary is paid. After the first salary payment, advances are no longer provided;
- Salary is credited on the 10th day to a bank account each month for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Experience as a welder is required for at least 3 months;
- Experience with semi-automatic welding machine MIG-MAG is required;
- Ability to perform quality weld seams is required

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum work period:
A minimum of 4 months of work is required, otherwise 300 zł will be deducted from the salary.
