Welder MIG/MAG for Greenbrier wagon production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 60 years old.

📍 Workplace: 
Poland, Świdnica, Strzelińska 35 (~55 km from Wrocław).

📍 Place of registration:
Poland, Świdnica.

💵 Salary:
- 36.50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 39 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with student certification);
- An additional bonus of 2 zł/hour is provided if there are no absences.

🕐 Working schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday, sometimes there are also shifts on Saturdays;
- The working day lasts 8 - 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime if you want to earn more.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the company has. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and thus more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to perform welding of metal structures using the MIG/MAG method. In the process, it is important to control the quality of weld seams, adhere to safety techniques and production standards. If necessary, you need to be able to work with drawings and technical documentation.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation cost is 375 zł/month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in houses or apartments;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Normal comfortable beds are provided at the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- The accommodation is convenient and comfortable, equipped with everything necessary for daily living. There is Wi-Fi, a kitchen for cooking, and a washing machine;
- The accommodation is within walking distance (20 - 30 minutes walk), you can easily reach work on foot. Everything is provided for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- You need to be responsible and motivated;
- Before starting work, you need to weld samples to confirm qualification;
- A welder's certificate is not required;
- An advance can be received after working the first week, before the first salary payment. After the first salary is paid, advances are no longer provided;
- Salary is credited to the bank account on the 10th day of each month for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Experience as a welder required from 3 months;
- Experience with a semi-automatic welding machine MIG-MAG is required;
- Ability to perform high-quality welding seams is required

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
You must work for a minimum of 4 months, otherwise, 300 zł will be deducted from your salary.
