Welder MIG/MAG for production Strumet

🧑🏻 Candidates:

📍 Processing city:
Poland, Świdnica.

💵 Salary:
- 31.60 zł/hour net regular rate;
- Student rate not provided. 

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Sunday is a rest day;
- Working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00 or from 02:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00 or from 14:00 to 02:00;
- Opportunity to work overtime if you wish to earn more;
- On average 220 - 240 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Required to perform welding of metal structures using the MIG-MAG method on a semiautomatic machine. Also required to control the quality of the performed welding seams and check their compliance with technical requirements.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 400 zł per month (amount deducted from salary);
- Accommodation provided in a house or apartment;
- 3 or 4 people will live in the room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are provided in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as this is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Housing is available both within walking distance of approximately 20 minutes and with free transportation within 10 - 15 minutes.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Must be responsible and motivated;
- Before starting work, it is necessary to weld samples to confirm qualifications;
- Welder's certificate not required;
- Advance payment can be received after the first week of work and until the first salary is received. After this, advances are no longer provided;
- Salary is calculated by the 15th of each month to the bank account for the previous working month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Welding experience of at least 3 months required;
- Experience with a semi-automatic welding machine MIG-MAG required.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum work period:
You must work for at least 4 months, otherwise 300 zł is deducted from the salary.
