Welder MIG/MAG for production Strumet

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 60 years of age.

📍 Job location:
Poland, Strumień, Londzina 61 (~55 km from Katowice).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Świdnica.

💵 Salary:
- 31.60 zł/hour net regular rate;
- Student rate not provided. 

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Saturday;
- Sunday is a day off;
- The working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00 or from 02:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00 or from 14:00 to 02:00;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime if you wish to earn more;
- On average 220 - 240 hours/month.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders are on the enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and therefore more hours. If there are fewer orders, there will be slightly fewer hours accordingly.

🛠 Duties:
- It is necessary to perform welding of metal structures by MIG-MAG method on a semiautomatic machine. It is also necessary to control the quality of the welded seams and check their compliance with technical requirements.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided for free;
- Utilities are 200 zł per month (deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house or apartment;
- 3 or 4 people will live in a room;
- Regular comfortable beds are equipped in the accommodation;
- You need to have your own bedding, as it is important for hygiene and your comfort;
- Accommodation is available within walking distance of approximately 20 minutes, and there is also free transport available within 10 - 15 minutes.

Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- You need to be responsible and motivated;
- Before starting work, it is necessary to weld samples to confirm qualification;
- A welder's certificate is not required;
- An advance can be received after working the first week until you receive your first salary. After the payment of the first salary, advances are no longer provided;
- Salary is calculated on the 10th day to the bank account each month for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Welding experience of at least 3 months is required;
- Experience with a MIG-MAG semiautomatic welding machine is required.

⏳ Minimum working period:
