💵 Salary:
- 4850 zł/month gross average salary during the first 3 months of work;
- 4900 zł/month gross average salary from 3 months of work (depending on the number of mastered work processes).
Allowances:
- +50% discount on canteen meals;
- +50% for overtime hours on weekdays;
- +100% for night overtime and work on weekends and holidays;
- +20% for night shifts.
Bonuses:
- 500 zł gross for working on presses;
- 300 zł gross for attendance during the probationary period;
- 600 zł gross for attendance and meeting standards after the probationary period.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- During the workday, there is a 25-minute break to rest and recharge.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on the number of orders at the company. If there are many orders, there will be more work, and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, consequently, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- Work takes place in two departments – assembly and press. Your duties will include selecting finished elements, trimming small defects, assembling parts using a pneumatic gun, and working on presses where you need to place elements into the machine and pick the finished products. In certain departments, work is performed wearing masks according to safety rules, to ensure conditions remain comfortable and safe.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 800 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- You need to have your own bedding;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments;
- There will be 2 - 4 people per room;
- Regular comfortable beds are provided in accommodation;
- A deposit of 200 zł must be paid upon check-in (refundable upon check-out);
- There is no option to deduct the deposit payment from the salary;
- In the case of premature check-out from housing (having not worked a day but having lived in the housing) – the deposit is not refunded;
- Accommodation is provided in Świdnica.

- The company is engaged in the production of shelves for car trunks;
- Laundry of work clothes costs 25 zł;
- Work is performed in two departments: assembly and press;
- Clothing and footwear are provided free of charge;
- Commute to work by public transport. The cost of a monthly ticket is 100 zł;
- In some departments, work is performed with protective masks according to established regulations;
- An advance payment is provided after 10 days of work in the amount of 200 zł;
- 2 days of paid leave are provided after a worked month.

💵 Salary:
- The approximate gross salary is 4850 zł per month for 168 worked hours;
- Additionally, you can receive a bonus of up to 800 zł;
- A 100% surcharge is provided for work on Saturday;
- Overtime hours are paid at a 50% surcharge;
- A 20% surcharge is provided for night shifts.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00;
- There is an opportunity to work overtime if you want to earn more.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- It is necessary to work in accordance with production documentation, following work instructions, control requirements, and packaging rules. It is also important to sort waste that occurs during production according to current standards. You need to maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace and monitor production quality. In case of deviations, you need to notify the manager and coordinate this with the quality department.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 675 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house, apartment, or hostel;
- There will be 3 or 5 people living in the room;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- A separate room is provided for a family couple for comfort and coziness;
- You need to have your own bed linen, as this is important for hygiene and your comfort.

- Work processes take place standing near the production machines;
- The parts you need to work with are light, so the work does not require significant physical exertion;
- Transportation to the workplace is not provided, so you need to get there on your own using public transport or on foot;
- You need to bring your own lunch;
- An advance can be received after the first week of work and before receiving the first salary. After that, advances are no longer provided;
- Salary is credited by the 10th of each month to the bank account for the previously worked month.
