Work at Almar (Grand) fish and salmon production

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women up to 55 years old. 

If you have work experience in enterprises and are slightly older than the specified age, this is not a hindrance. Everything can be discussed individually.

📍 Place of work:
Poland, Gdynia, Hutnicza 22.

📍 Place of registration: 
Poland, Gdańsk.

💵 Salary:
During the first month of work:
- 25,70 zł/hour net, the rate already includes a surcharge of 2,70 zł for signing the PIT-2 declaration;
- 31,40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate).
After the first month of work:
- 27,20 zł/hour net, the rate already includes a surcharge of 2,70 zł for signing the PIT-2 declaration;
- 32,90 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate).
Additionally:
- When working 240 hours per month, a bonus of 1,50 zł is provided for each hour worked;
- If you commute to work independently, a bonus of 1 zł is provided for each hour worked.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- The working day usually lasts 8 hours, and during periods of increased orders, it can be extended to 10–12 hours;
- The first shift starts at 06:00, the second — at 10:00. The end time depends on the duration of the working day;
- On Saturday, work is from 06:00 to 16:00 and is mandatory if raw materials are available;
- On Sunday, you can choose to work additionally from 06:00 to 14:00;
- A paid break of 25 minutes is provided during the working day;
- Work is only during daytime hours.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders at the fish enterprise. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, accordingly, the number of working hours will also decrease.

🛠 Duties:
Fish processing process:
- You need to clean the fish, remove heads, fins, and bones, and prepare it for further processing.
Portioning process:
- You need to cut the fish into fillets, steaks, and portioned pieces, as well as sort the products by size and appearance.
Packing process:
- You need to package and vacuum the finished products, apply the necessary labeling, pack them into boxes, and prepare them for further dispatch.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 600 zł per month (amount deducted from the salary);
- For students, the cost of accommodation is 750 zł per month (amount deducted from the salary);
- If you rent accommodation independently, a bonus of 1 zł is provided for each hour worked;
- There will be 2–4 people living in the rooms.

📌 Additional information:
- It is important to follow hygiene and cleanliness requirements at the enterprise. Visible cosmetics on the face, including false eyelashes, mascara, or bright lipstick, are not allowed. Jewelry and piercings are also not allowed. Nails should be as short as possible and without any coating;
- Using a phone during work is prohibited;
- Work takes place in a clean production area, with a canteen and changing rooms on the premises;
- The temperature at the enterprise is maintained at about +15 degrees;
- There are individual lockers in the changing rooms that can be locked with a key;
- Work clothes and shoes are provided;
- Transport to work is not provided, so you need to commute independently using public transport;
- The medical examination costs 150 zł (amount deducted from the first salary);
- Issue of a sanitary book costs 200 zł (amount deducted from the first salary);
- An advance of 300–400 zł can be obtained after 7 days of work;
- Salary is credited between the 20th and 25th to a bank account.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, residence card, temporary protection in Poland, and other documents as agreed.

⏳ Minimum work period:
The minimum work period is 3 months. If you plan to resign, you must notify 2 weeks before resignation. There are no fines or withholdings from the salary, the main thing is to notify in time.
