Work in the production of gluten-free products Balviten

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men up to 55 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Siemianowice Śląskie, Fabryczna (~10 km from Katowice).

💵 Salary:
- 25.84 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32 zł/hour net for students under 26 years old (with student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday;
- Working day lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Third shift from 22:00 to 06:00.

It is important to understand that the number of hours depends on how many orders the enterprise has. If there are many orders, there will be more work and hence more hours. If there are fewer orders, correspondingly, there will be slightly fewer hours.

🛠 Duties:
- Required to work in production for the manufacture and packaging of gluten-free buns, bread, and pasta. Duties include packing products into cardboard boxes, preparing cardboard containers and packing materials for work, checking the correctness of the packaging of finished products, maintaining cleanliness in the workplace, and adhering to sanitary and hygiene standards.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 650 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of independent rental, a 0.40 zł supplement is provided for each hour worked;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- The room will house 3 or 4 persons;
- Regular comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation.

📄 Employment contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- Work processes are carried out standing at the conveyor line;
- Medical examination and safety training cost 250 zł (deducted from the first salary);
- Travel to the workplace by public transport;
- Lunch should be brought with you;
- An advance is paid after the first week of work in the amount of 200 zł. This is a one-time payment until the first salary is received. Advance payments are made from the 10th to the 23rd of each month;
- Salary is credited between the 20th and 25th to the bank account;
- There is no possibility to apply for a residence card in this vacancy.

⏳ Minimum work term:
At least 168 hours must be worked. If you suddenly decide to resign earlier, you must give two weeks' notice. If you do not do this, 1000 zł will be deducted from the last salary.
