Waiter at Złoty Horyzont Resort Hotel

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women up to 40 years old.

📍 Workplace:
Poland, Szklarska Poręba, Górna 19 (~20 km from Jelenia Góra).

💵 Salary:
- 25 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- The work schedule is set directly at the hotel;
- Days off can fall on weekdays, as well as on Saturday or Sunday;
- The working day lasts 8 - 10 hours;
- Daytime work, so that the night remains for sleep and rest;
- On average, you can work 200–240 hours per month, depending on the volume of work.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the occupancy of the hotel and the number of guests. When there are more guests, there is more work and accordingly, the number of hours increases. When the workload is less, the working hours may be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to serve guests during the buffet, timely replenish dishes, and ensure their neat presentation. You also need to clear tables, maintain cleanliness and order in the restaurant, and provide necessary assistance to guests as needed. It is important to adhere to service standards and hygiene rules.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Housing costs 700 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 2 - 3 people will live in a room;
- The housing is equipped with regular comfortable beds;
- Housing is within walking distance, and the work can be easily reached on foot (20 minutes walk). Everything is thought out for your convenience, so you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Contract type:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- You need to have your own black shirt, black pants, and comfortable black shoes for work;
- A free breakfast is guaranteed on working days. You can also purchase lunch or dinner for 10 zł per day. Payment for meals is made directly at the hotel;
- An advance is paid after 14 days of work in the amount of 500 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th to a bank account every month for the previous worked month.

🔴 Requirements:
- Experience as a waiter is required;
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required;
- A resume in Polish is required.

⏳ Minimum working period:
The minimum working period is 3 months. If it is necessary to resign earlier, it is important to inform the coordinator in advance and explain the reason. In this case, no penalty will be applied. If you resign without notice, a penalty of 1500 zł will be imposed.
