Housekeeper at Hotel Aqua Resort

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Women aged 25 to 50 years.

If you have work experience and are slightly older than the age indicated, this is not an obstacle. Everything can be discussed individually.

📍 Job location:
Poland, Międzyzdroje, Bursztynowa 2 (~95 km from Szczecin).

💵 Salary:
- 25.50 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 31.40 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- The work schedule is set directly at the hotel;
- Days off may fall on weekdays as well as on Saturday or Sunday;
- Working day lasts 8 - 10 hours;
- Work during the daytime hours so that the night is left for sleep and rest;
- On average, you can work 240 hours a month depending on the workload.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the hotel's occupancy and the number of guests. When there are more guests, there is more work, and accordingly, the number of hours increases. When the workload is less, the working hours may be slightly less.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- Need to clean hotel rooms and maintain cleanliness and order in them. Duties include changing bed linens, cleaning rooms, dusting, and mopping floors. Bathrooms also need to be cleaned: washing showers and toilets and carrying out disinfection. In the rooms, it is necessary to replenish supplies and ensure everything is clean and tidy.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation costs 750 zł/month (deducted from salary);
- In case of renting accommodation independently, an additional 3 zł is provided for each hour of work;
- Accommodation is provided in a house;
- 2 - 3 people will live in the room;
- Ordinary comfortable beds are arranged in the accommodation;
- The accommodation is within walking distance, and you can easily walk to work in approximately 15 minutes. Everything is thought out for your convenience so that you feel comfortable every day.

📄 Type of contract:
Umowa zlecenie.

📌 Additional information:
- For work, you need your own black T-shirt, black pants, and comfortable shoes;
- You need to have a sanitary-epidemiological book. If it is not available, you will be guided on how and where to arrange it on-site;
- A special cart is used during work to transport clean and used linen, as well as necessary cleaning supplies;
- Approximately 20–30 minutes are allocated for cleaning one room and approximately 15–25 rooms need to be cleaned during the day. The job is quite active and dynamic, so it's important to be ready to work quickly and organize;
- Food is not provided; lunch must be brought with you;
- An advance is credited after 14 days of work in the amount of 500 zł;
- Salary is credited on the 20th of each month to a bank account for the previous month worked.

🔴 Requirements:
- Experience as a housekeeper or experience in the cleaning field is required;
- Knowledge of the Polish language at a communicative level is required.

⏳ Minimum employment period:
The minimum employment period is 3 months. If there is a need to leave earlier, it is important to notify the coordinator in advance and explain the reason. In such a case, no penalty is applied. If you leave without prior notice, a penalty of 1500 zł is imposed.
