Work in the internet orders warehouse YTO (Logicor)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, and married couples up to 50 years old.

📍 Work city:
Poland, Stryków, Sosnowiec 1 (~30 km from Łódź).

📍 Registration city:
Poland, Łódź. 

💵 Salary:
- 25.80 zł/hour net regular rate;
- 32 zł/hour net for students up to 26 years old (with a student certificate).

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work from Monday to Friday. Depending on the volume of work, Saturdays may also be working days;
- The workday lasts 8 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 14:00;
- Second shift from 14:00 to 22:00;
- Work takes place only during daytime hours, no night shifts;
- If needed, it is possible to work additional hours.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours will also decrease accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You will need to assemble goods using a manual pallet truck, sort and move them around the warehouse, and prepare orders for shipping. Duties also include checking the correctness of the assembly and maintaining order at the workplace.

🏠 Accommodation:
- The cost of accommodation is 600 zł per month (the amount is deducted from the salary);
- No additional compensation is provided for independent housing rental;
- Accommodation is provided in apartments or hostels;
- Rooms will usually accommodate 2–3 people. There are also a small number of rooms for 4 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Ordinary single-tier beds are arranged in the accommodation.

Umowa zlecenia.

📌 Additional information:
- Most packages are lightweight — from 1 to 3 kg, so lifting heavy items during the shift is not required;
- The warehouse maintains normal room temperature;
- Free organized transport is provided from Łódź to the workplace and back. Stops are selected considering the place of residence, so they are convenient to reach;
- Transport costs with private or public transport are not compensated;
- An advance can be received once after 7 worked days;
- Wages are paid until the 20th of each month for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:

⏳ Minimum working period:
You must work for at least 3 months. If you finish work earlier than this period, from 500 to 1000 zł will be deducted from the salary.
