Work at the HP Tronic electronics warehouse (Datart)

🧑🏻 Candidates:
Men, women, married couples up to 50 years old. 

📍 Place of work:
Czech Republic, Jirny, Poděbradská 772 (~25 km from Praha).

💵 Salary:
- 155 Kč/hour net for the first 2 months of work;
- After 2 months of work, the rate increases to 165 Kč/hour net.

🕐 Work schedule:
- Work 5–6 days a week;
- Working day lasts 12 hours;
- First shift from 06:00 to 18:00;
- Second shift from 18:00 to 06:00;
- Shifts alternate weekly: one week work is during the day shift, the next — at night;
- During the working day, there is an unpaid break lasting 1 hour.

It is important to understand that the number of working hours depends on the volume of orders in the warehouse. If there are many orders, there will be more working hours. If the volume of orders decreases, the number of working hours decreases accordingly.

🛠 Responsibilities:
- You need to find the necessary goods in the warehouse, label them, pack and stack the completed orders in specially designated places for subsequent transfer to the courier. You also need to clean up empty boxes, cardboard, and packing film and maintain order in the warehouse.

🏠 Accommodation:
- Accommodation is provided free of charge;
- No additional payment for utilities is required;
- For self-rented housing, compensation is provided in the amount of 3000 Kč per month;
- Accommodation is provided in a hostel;
- Rooms will accommodate 2–3 people;
- Separate rooms are provided for married couples;
- Ordinary single-tier beds are equipped in the living quarters;
- Free transport is provided from accommodation to the workplace. The journey takes about 10–15 minutes.

📌 Additional information:
- The warehouse maintains normal room temperature, without cold or heat;
- The job involves a lot of walking around the warehouse during the shift;
- An order scanner is used for order picking, which shows which item to find in the warehouse;
- Approximately 3–4 hours of the working day are allocated to maintaining order in the warehouse. During this time, you need to clean up empty boxes, cardboard, packing film, and other packing materials. The rest of the time is spent completing orders using the scanner;
- During work, you cannot use a phone or headphones; they should be left in a special locker;
- There is currently no organized transport from the city of Praha;
- An advance of up to 2000 Kč can be received after 5 days worked;
- Salaries are paid in cash from the 15th to the 20th of each month for the previous worked month.

📋 Documents:
European Union citizenship, visa-free, visa, temporary protection of the Czech Republic, and other documents by agreement.

⏳ Minimum term of employment:
You need to work for at least 3 months. In the event of resignation, it is important to give at least 14 days' notice. If you leave the job without notice, a penalty of 2500 Kč is deducted from the salary. The cost of accommodation may also be deducted.
